Haven’t fully evaluated it yet, but so far it seemed to be everything I had hoped. Includes Office as advertised. This replaced an HP where the keyboard wore out, and the fan made noise to the recipients of video chat. The only other feature I would like is an led keyboard.

I like how the Lenov computer fweels and responds. I like how the Lenovo handles Widows 11. I have not had the battery lasts. Just now had the opportunity to unplug. Heat has not been a problem, yet, though have a stand to lift the computer off the table so that it doesn't overheat. The Lenovo was a very good buy for the money. My last computer was twice the price of the Lenovo with less memory.

Easy to set-up. I did have to take it to Geek Squad to activate my email. It was my error and they fixed it within minutes!

Great for what I need it to do. I would recommend it for school age.

I had to get a more powerful laptop and this fills the bill.

Deceptive description. Laptop is fine so far. DOES NOT come with a docking station. Comes with a small multiport connector, an external multiport. To most, if not all, a docking station implies it can be connected to and hooked up to multiple displays. Not the case, you’ll have to buy separately.

Rapidly deteriorated after arrival. Finally would not work. Keyboard frozen and would not work at all. Except o beep when key pressed. So funny. Help say to turn keyboard on press Windows key, plus another key. How? The keys are all dead!
