Five months in, so far so good. I have nothing bad to say about it. Any problems I've had are self-induced because I'm such a computer geek! I have it running on a USB-C dock next to a Mac Mini M1, which gives me three extended displays and the laptop display as well, for a total of four. You do have to install the generic DisplayLink driver. But, with 32 GB RAM and a 1 TB hard drive, this is the first machine I won't need to open up and upgrade. All of my storage is external, so that drive will never exceed what's on there now. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this laptop to work full time remotely. It came highly recommended from my company tech-support. I have zero complaints. The battery life seems to last very long. The screen is a good size, and it’s overall very durable.

OS got corrupted. The first customer service agent refused to help- I called back and got someone else on the phone who mailed me a flash drive with the OS on it and I’m back up and running. So changing my 1 star to a 5 star for excellent customer service from the second guy I talked to who helped me out.

Not touch screen like I wanted and works ok but the speeds are slower than usual be careful on the specs need to be aware of what they advertise is not really went you get in real life

So far it's great. My immediate happiness was it doesn't have any extra software crap. Has only what's needed. Love buying something that isn't immediately trying to sell me something else I don't want. Bought it to replace a 10 year old HP that I think would still function for my purposes if it didn't have so much junk software forced into it. Seems super fast for my purposes (design software; cricut, lightburn...).
