The computer and accessories came in a large box with a lot of space to move around in, but bubble wrap was used around the computer itself at least. It was a little scratched on the outside and the included power supply. There was a thin layer of dust on the internal fan and motherboard and the BIOS was a 3 years outdated, but all 3 were easy enough to fix on my own. Besides that the computer works great!

So I just received the computer yesterday and I’m not sure what to say. The computer did come with a (used mouse) (new keyboard), the computer itself which I wouldn’t classify as excellent condition more like good. One thing I noticed after getting everything connected is that the computer is real slow. The advertisement says the 8500T ad the processor clocked at 2.1ghz/3.5 and 16GB of RAM. 3.5ghz should not be on this advertisement because the 8500T comes at 2.4ghz and the ram was the wrong MHz ram which I’m sure is contributing to the sluggishness. The specifications for this computer from Lenovo specifically state that this computer is supposed to have DDR4 SODIMM 2666MHz not DDR4 2133MHz. Not really satisfied but we’ll see if I can figure things out of if the seller is willing to do anything.

Gran equipo.

Came in well packaged, contained more accessories then I taught. Works well, clean no bad surprise when looking at the components inside. Would definitely recommend.

As everyone else said it has cheap components but mine has an Intel i5 8400 instead of Intel i5 8500 as advertised. Not happy with this, probably I will send it back.

I initially planned to rate this refurbished PC as "very good" instead of "excellent" due to a light scratch across the top of the case. However, after closer inspection, I discovered that the components had been replaced with the cheap no name parts. The 256GB 2.5" SSD is a Kingfast, a brand known for its poor reliability and high failure rates. The RAM is from a completely unrecognizable brand—I couldn't even identify the manufacturer. The only references I found were broken links on AliExpress and Alibaba. Additionally, the power supply is a generic, non-OEM replacement. It’s unclear if the original SSD and RAM failed testing and were replaced, or if the seller deliberately swapped out parts to resell them and substituted them with the cheapest alternatives. Either way, it's disappointing. Also, leaving a 69-cent sticker on the SSD is a glaring oversight and reinforces the impression of cutting corners. I've purchased refurbished systems before, but I've never encountered such low-grade components. At over $200, this feels like a scam. If this system were priced around $100, I might give it a pass, but at this price point, I expected far better quality.
