The laptop produces loud, distracting sounds that make it difficult to concentrate or use it comfortably. Additionally, the battery life is incredibly poor, lasting less than three hours on a full charge. I used it for just one day before it completely powered off, and after that, it refused to charge again, rendering it completely useless. This has been an absolute waste of money, and I will certainly be returning this laptop without hesitation.

Will be returning. Immediately Crashed on initial signup after windows update. Had to create a restoration USB For WIn 11 Just to get it to boot up again. Went to the lenovo Website to check warranty status.. This Computer was already used for a few years in Nigeria! And labeled here as new! Do Not buy. I will Be returning this piece of Junk.

The hardware is perfectly fine for this price point. No issues with performance. The out-of-box software experience was pretty rocky, and I'm not sure if Lenovo or Microsoft are to blame. I was only able to correct it because I work in IT for a living; otherwise I would have returned the laptop on day one. The first-time setup wizard was ushering me through the usual stuff, and it was going fine until it got to the first Windows update bundle. On reboot, it would dump me to the recovery console and refuse to start Windows. Some searching revealed that the last 6 months of Windows updates, have been a minefield of boot failures and blue-screens-of-death. I had to perform a factory reset and reinstall Windows from scratch, re-download some Lenovo drivers manually, waited a few more weeks, and then carefully walked up through the release versions until it was on the latest patch. 6 hours later, and I was good to go. I work in IT, so this routine wasn't new to me... but I haven't had to do that kind of surgery in 10 years. No regular customer should have to do this in the Year of our Lord 2025. With the exception of losing a day to some old-school Windows boot failure troubleshooting, I would say the laptop is otherwise a good value for casual use!

I understand that TN displays are not as good as IPS; However, there are good Tn displays, bad TN displays, and worse, whatever crap they installed in this device. I could not see the cursor because of how washed out the display looked.

The ads for this product state that it has a 15 hour life, but I've had it for less than a month and have to keep it plugged in to an outlet. The most I have been able to get unconnected, was somewhere between 4.5-5 hours, just not acceptable. Since the laptop is out of warranty and was part of a consignment shipped to Nigeria, the purchase of a manufacturers warranty would have to be made through Nigeria.
