This has been a great purchase, I stand and run around at work all day long, so to come home and use this has made my legs feel so much better after a long day. I’ve got some varicose veins on the back side of my leg around my knee, so this product helps with my blood circulation. Legs feel lighter, and when you use it in certain positions your whole body can feel lighter. I’ve been getting into lymphatic drainage and this is apart of my process for that! Even my boyfriend has been using it after his workouts and he loves it. There’s multiple levels of vibration and the book that came with it has some good tips and information. It’s very sturdy, remote makes it handy so you can change it while you’re on it. I can slide it under my bed when we aren’t using it, not too heavy so I can move it upstairs/downstairs. I honestly prefer to use it on hardwood floors, it’s got suction cups on the bottom. No issue on carpet, I just feel it deeper when used on hardwood floors!

It's a cheat. Gets or keeps you healthy with a minimum of resistance. I sit too much, working on the computer. The Waver is currently positioned in my apartment between my office and the kitchen. Was a handy place to try it out. But it's perfect. Wakes up the slumbering cells, muscles, fluids. The occasional buzz throughout the day raises my focus and awareness of everything. I find myself doing more of other exercises too. It's an incitement to activity. A real increase in personal vibration. I tried my neighbors unit for a couple minutes. Knew I had to have one. I didn't know these things existed or were affordable before that. I'm 70 years old. This feels like it will become the centerpiece to my longevity. (Getting old is unnecessary!) Will probably be ordering units for my two older brothers. It's simple, easy, quick and energizing. I don't usually do reviews. But staying healthy is important to me and I like spreading good information. Diet and exercise are the keys. The Waver is a reminder not to buy or eat junk. A reminder not to become sedentary. It's a wonderful tool. It's not the cheapest. But it's wider than many, which is kind of important. Comes with a manual that handles five different languages! Wouldn't mind a smaller one that's just English. Comes with a number of extras, resistance bands, etc., still to be explored. Includes a lifetime warranty, which was important to me. SO FAR, this exercise device is fantastic! I'm 78 years young, have exercised all my life (cardio, weights, walking, etc, etc), and now, this is perfect for my needs. It helps move parts & muscles that, for whatever reason, I just don't seem to activate. AND, there are several added benefits, one of which is that because it is "shaking" one's core, it seems to help solve constipation issues! It comes with many exercise suggestions, even a poster to put on the wall. My message to the people that developed this device: WELL DONE! Thanks for making this machine available.........

I love this machine but there are some drawbacks. The first con is the weight. It is heavy. I didn't weigh it, but I'm guessing it's about 30 pounds. This isn't a big deal if you have a dedicated space - but I don't. It won't fit under my sofa so I have to keep it in the closet and then carry it to the living room every time I want to use it. This was made even harder when I hurt my arm and using it felt good -- but I wasn't supposed to bear any weight on my arm. The second con is the surface. I was told I would get the best results by using it barefoot but the hard rubber pattern isn't very comfortable on bare feet. The machine comes with resistance bands that attach to the plate. I tried them but I'm 5 foor tall and they didn't provide much resistance even when putting my arms above my head. I tried knots to shorten them but it didn't end up working. The last con is that I have experienced many benefits but weight loss isn't one of them. I also don't notice any reduction in cellulite. Now for the pros - and there are some really good ones. I have Fibromyalgia and I'm in pain a lot. My pain was noticeably diminished after using it - and it lasted. That alone would make it worth using but there’s more! Lol I have chronic sinus issues and had a serious infection when I first started using the plate. The next day I noticed no more facial pain or headaches. They haven't come back yet. I don't know why - maybe the vibrations encourage proper drainage so stuff doesn't build up. I'm guessing this is similar to the lymphatic benefits that are associated with vibration plates. I feel super relaxed and comfortable after I finish a session. My blood pressure also has gone down. I don't know why but adding the vibration plate is the only thing I've changed - so..... I really love the vibration plate. It's well made and seems sturdy and like it will last.

I used waver vibration it’s good and my all body moved but the machine turn off because the wire was unstable I like it , I will use it every day

Vibration plate arrived quickly and was easy to set up. I love this passive way to strengthen my body. Enjoy using it an I have noticed improvements within first week of use. Great device and great value. Thank you Life Pro for providing a quality, affordable vibration plate for people like me.

J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!

Do not buy this item if you live outside of the USA. I bought this in Europe and they sent me a non-compatable item to Euppean electric.
