It does what it says! I first tried the popsicle firecracker. It was great so I thought I’d try another flavor and bought strawberry this time. I like sweet things and strawberry was actually waaaaayyy too sweet for me. I have a hard time finishing it. It does taste like strawberries (with tons of sugar on top!) Still 5 stars because flavor is preference. I won’t buy strawberry again, but it did taste like strawberries and it does cure hydration. I love this product!

Pricey, enough that I'll only buy on sale. But this flavor is also great (rocket pop). It definitely is high quality and works, but probably the most expensive of this type of product.

My daughter’s favorite flavor. Helps her drink more water and stay hydrated. Be careful using daily as can cause constipation from over electrolyte consumption. Use in moderation.

Great product and taste. My son is stationed over sea's and loves this stuff. High health benefits for him. Sadly they do not offer this product on base where he is at, so ordering it through Amazon made it quick and easy. Love the flavor and mixes easily in a water bottle....
