This is hands down the best headset I have ever owned. I've hard larger ones from turtle beach, and also tried other similar smaller ones. These just beat out all other options. The ear padding is very comfortable and the top is as well. I was incredibly surprised about the sound quality as well. I've had them almost a year and they're still like new with frequent use. They work perfectly and without problems with all the voice chat programs I use (ex TeamSpeak and Skype). I recommend these! ---This Item is Certified Refurbished This Certified Refurbished product is tested and certified by the manufacturer or by a third-party refurbisher to look and work like new, with limited to no signs of wear. It was like new!! I couldn't tell it was used at all. That's usually what I expect out of refurbished. This was no different. This headset works great, and is a comfortable fit. I've used other headsets in the past that have irritated my ears after prolonged use. This headset, however, is extremely comfortable, and I can wear it for work for hours with no irritation! I'm very pleased. Although the headset is certified refurbished, it looks and works like new, with no signs of wear. It is easy to use and gives great voice clarity and crystal clear sound.

The audio quality is great. I switched from a pair of Turtle Beach Earforce PLa headset to these Logitech H390 USB headset and people say they can hear me so much clearer. I have to say though... the padding kind of sucks. The ear cuffs are really small so my ears don't fit in them unless I had baby small ears. Haha... Also the padding for your head, there is some but not much. Tha will be wore out in probably 6 months for me though. My TB EF PLa headset had padding for days but when I saw a Twitch livestreamer use these Logitech H390's I just had to get a pair myself! They work great! Also one more flaw...It is ONLY USB. There is no Line-In or audio cords for you NextGen console players so there's my review! Hope you enjoyed reading!

We have 6 pairs of these at the house, well worth the money. Note: If you have a giant head be careful pulling on the band to adjust the earpieces. The bit holding the earphone on can slide off the end of the headband. It is easy to put back together, unless you are a teenage boy who just smashes things together with the grace of a drunk rhino. The wires can get pinched, causing it to short if you're not careful. Which he is not.

Love the headset. They plug in to the PS3, the Windows 10 laptop, and almost any other USB device and just work. The refurbished value was a bonus and did not disappoint. This pair replaced the first pair our grandson broke on PS3 after getting mad at Minecraft trolls! Thanks Logitech! :)

With the new hybrid work environment, I have been using a webcam for remote video meetings. Since I relied on my camera for the microphone as well, this headset allows me to use its mic while having the webcam off. The audio quality is awesome. The headset is comfortable for long meetings.

It's practical for work, but very tight on the ears, and its mechanism is not smooth enough. The microphone is good, but the recording is not clean enough, so the price is high for such modest quality. It should be half the price.
