Being a health care professional, I was skeptical as anyone else that this would work. I had planned to use it on my armpits, under my chest in the summer, as well thigh / groin area. I had my husband try it as well since he sweats more than I do. Unfortunately, get got a rash in his armpits from using this but it was because he had too much moisture. These ARE very moisture-heavy products. They are NOT antiperspirants, only deodorants. However, Lume is an amazing deodorant. Again, my husband’s armpits need to be studied by scientists for how much sweat they can produce and how stinky they get. It’s incredible, in the worst way. Even though Lume didn’t stop the sweating, the smell went away completely. I seriously, truly, genuinely, did not think it would impact the smell that much, but when you look at the ingredients and realize that the mandelic acid kills bacteria which is what produce the foul smelling compounds, then it makes sense! I wish there was a powder form so we could sprinkle it on his armpits. As for me, I had no issues with the moisture component and I am SO, SO, SO impressed with the ability to rid odors while being gentle on my sensitive skin. Truly a feat of modern science, haha! A must-have for summer time too.

I don't write reviews but I love this product! I have been using it for over a year. I no longer have uncomfortable irritation or redness on tummy fold or under boobs :) 100% satisfied with this body deodorant product. I have high skin sensitivity, and I have not had any problems so far. I also use the underarm deodorant. I no longer have skin discoloration or soreness. I initially started using the no scent blue container but honestly it does not smell the best, but still did the job! Definitely lasted the 24 hours until my shower. Not a fan of pushing it out longer, but still worked for the 48 hours for the body deodorant. Haven't tried longer than that. Container last 2 months using every day.

Love the unscented cream. I do not care for the stick formulas at all. The cream worked for me for about a month or two. Never for 72 hours tho. Max I’d say it lasted for me was 36 hours. I love that it worked at all. But it didn’t work very long. It started getting less and less effective as time using it goes on. After about a month or two it didn’t even last 8 hours. Armpit stink flourishing while out with friends & that is not nice. I went back to antiperspirant for most times. I did like it a lot at first. Now I bounce between antiperspirant and this cream deodorant. Wished it was a life changer as others say but for me I can’t do a -it might work all day. I need the confidence of a definite. Until I can find a definite in deodorant protection it will be like this.

If you have been waiting to try Lume, let this be your sign to try it. As a menopausal woman I was having persistent odor in one armpit that kept coming back, immediately after showering almost, no matter what I used... apparently this is a thing when our hormones are shifting and changing. Having cut my ties with anti-perspirant and detoxed from all that aluminum years ago, I was not willing to go back to a traditional combo like that, but all my trusted natural deodorants, even the one I make on my own, were not helping this particular problem. Lume enters the chat... I was hesitant because of the price, but ordered the scent sampler cream deodorants so I could test out all the scents... and WOW, it totally, 100% took the odor away, and lasts 48-72 hours! I decided on my fave scents and ordered this set of Clean Tangerine (my number one pick)... the stick works just as well as the cream. The magic is in the mandelic acid, which does have a weird scent at first in the cream deoderant, but that 100% goes away once it's on. Here are my favorite scent picks. 1. Clean Tangerine, a delicate citrus but really just as it sounds... very clean smelling... not too strong and not too fruity. 2. A close second is the Lavender and Sage, only if you love lavender, it is very herby and delicious smelling, a bit stronger than the clean tangerine and heavy on the lavender. I love it. 3. Peony Rose, flowery and not too cloying, a bit strong at first but dries down light and floral... very girly. 4. Toasted Coconut, many people love this one the most, but for me, I don't love my armpits smelling like food... it's very warm and foody, almost more hazelnut creamer smelling to my nose. It does eventually smell like coconut after a few hours. 5. Fresh Alpine, I wanted to like this one more, but it reminds me of a typical, sweet, men's cologne... which I do not mind, it just smells more masculine than I want to smell. It lasted a long time too. 6. Cucumber mint... nah, too basic bathroom air freshener smelling for me, and too strong. I did not test the unscented, but that is a great option if you want 0 interference from scents, and the soft powder, because that did not appeal to me at all.

The cream smells of cheese. And that smell does not dissipate. I'm not sure why anyone would want to smell like cheese. It's supposed to be unscented. Perhaps it's gone off. The stick is unscented and works well but not perfect. Needs reapplying and does not last three days - although I've never tried for three days, it has needed reapplying after a few hours.

Works great The only thing found that eliminates the odour. It lasts for days and It is well worth the cost.

Works great, but it's 2 sticks, not a stick and a tube. Which is obnoxious when you wanted the tube more. Great product though

This review is for the cream not the deodorant. They came together. I followed the brand and their mission for so long before deciding to suck up the cost and give it a try. I love the deodorant. The cream of the same scent smells like baby sick. It’s horrible. So essentially I paid 42 dollars for a deodorant. I can’t return half the purchase. I would have bought right from the company so maybe they might have helped out but the shipping for Canada was costly.
