I bought this mat (4ft X6ft) as a gift for my boyfriend. He had just built himself a nice workbench for the garage. Nice, but he said standing on the cement garage floor in front of it for any length of time hurt his legs and back. Plus, where we live (Wisconsin), the cement floor gets mighty cold in winter. So, I said to myself: Self? What he needs is a nice cushioned anti-fatigue mat! I researched quite a few, and I decided this Heavenly Hog Anti-Fatigue Mat was perfect for him. Strong, sturdy heavy rubber with the nice beveled edges, anti-static, good for welding if he needs it to be. Nice non-slip too. When it arrived, I immediately laid it out in front of his workbench before he arrived home from work. It fit in front of the bench perfectly! Well... when he arrived home and parked his car in the garage, he came into the house with the biggest smile on his face! He said: Wow, hon, that is one really nice mat! Feels so cushy under my feet. I love it! Looks really professional too! Thank you!!! So... That’s my story and I’m stickin’ to it!

It takes all the pain out of my feet from standing on a concrete floor for too long. It also seems to be durable enough. I accidentally rammed the small wheels of my floor Jack onto it and they didnt tear through it. Other than that itll see some welding but it doesnt need any more abuse than my girth standing on it all weekend long. Also it's much better than those cheap half inch thick pads that still hurts your feet. This pad does do the trick though.

This mat isn't cheap, but I think it's worth it. The top surface is nitrile and easy to sweep clean. It has a mild "diamond tread" pattern which provides traction. The foam itself isn't exceptionally "squishy" but it is soft. It's rather heavy at about 40 pounds and stays put. One important thing to note is that the size is nominal and not exact. Mine was approximately 3" narrower and 3" shorter than the stated size, but all of these mats are like this. One end of the boarder is stamped "Hog Heaven" and this item is made in the USA.

I purchased this for one of my team at work. As is my custom, I look for items through our "preferred vendors," and then come to Amazon to check reviews only to find the items cost significantly less. My boss has given me blanket approval to consider cost over contract, so I buy from Amazon. Anyway, this team member has back problems, and has a "cobra" keyboard tray so he can use it sitting or standing, depending on what he needs. But after standing for an hour or so when he needs to, even that starts to hurt, so he asked if I could order an anti-fatigue mat. I told him I'd get something from Kohl's kitchen department with a chicken on it. LOL! After looking at a few, this is what he chose. The picture doesn't match what we received, but we like what we got better. The texture is not as pronounced as it appears, nor is the edge as sharp. There is a much deeper and gentler slope, which is good because he doesn't have any trouble rolling on it with his chair when he's sitting. He doesn't have to move it. The cushioning is thick, but stable. It doesn't bottom out and doesn't throw you off balance... unless you try to stand on it in boot heels like I did. And for some "guy" reason he especially likes that "Hog Heaven" is imprinted on the edge. Not obviously, but prominent enough that it lends an air of "cool" to having a padded work area. And he says it has significantly improved the problem. Overall, a good choice at a good value. Whatever my guys need!

This mat is VERY comfortable, with lots of padding and is tapers to the edge so you don't trip. The latter feature is the only caveat that I would raise. Because of the tapered portion, the ACTUAL padded standing area is not the 2X3 foot area, but more like 18"X30". It's sufficient if you don't move a lot (I use mine at a standing desk) but you might want to consider a bigger size if you move some or want a wider area

I bought this for my husband for Christmas since he wanted an anti-fatigue mat. This one is tough and sturdy but came rolled and took a while to settle down. It's not quite a cushy on the feet as the Stanley mat but looks like it will stand up well and hold up to heavy duty. I think the Stanley Mat is better for the price.

Fast delivery, well packaged, product as advertised. Edges are particularly well made and work great on shop floor. Relief of strain on back, feet, and knees from concrete floor is excellent. Metal shavings sweep off surprisingly easily. Holds up to welding slag well. Worth every dime.

This mat is stated on the box and in the description on Amazon to be - 5' length x 3' width. It is neither, being at least 6" short in both dimensions. As a result, it is a poor fit for the area where I need to use it. The cushioning seems good, but the stated dimensions are an outright deception. I knew that there would be an approximate 2" ramp area on each side that would detract from the cushioned area, but with that taken into consideration along with the deceptive measurements, the actual cushioned area available is fully a foot less in each side so the cushioned area of the mat is really 4' in length by 2' in width. Beware. Shame on Andersen and Amazon for this inaccurate description of the product.

Would have been nicer if it had a fuzzy fabric finish. I use this with my stand-up desk and it's the right size. I push it under the desk when I'm sitting. Seems to be decent thickness for constant use.

Not worth the money. Spend a bit more to get yourself a Sublime Imprint CumulusPro Commercial Grade. You won't regret the investment.
