I was super skeptical about ordering a row machine. I went back and forth looked at review after review and finally made the decision to purchase this one. The set up for this was super easy. All in all it took me about 35 minutes but I’m not great at the build stuff so it may be faster if you are. The levels of resistance are great 1-16. The lower resistance is very low but the higher you go the more resistance you get and it’s definitely an effective workout. I’m used to using the row Machine at my gym and this one is definitely a solid alternative. The machine is super quiet I work out at 5AM and no one in my house has woken up yet. I definitely think this is a great option for a home rower. I’m very pleased.

Let me start off by saying I had to reorder this rowing machine. The first one had to be sent back with no fault of my own. Since then I reached out to the company and they exceeded my expectations. Now about the rowing machine it was put together very fast. It's quiet, sturdy, compact, affordable, have apps and side lights. You can change the intensity and the setting very easily. I love taking my time for I call a big purchase so ,I Kept going back and forth looking at other rowing machines. This one caught my eyes because of all of the features it have. This is a must for a home gym.

I am beyond impressed, I didn’t know what to expect knowing very little about rowing machines however I wanted to incorporate more cardio and change it up from cycling and treadmills. Set-up I’m handy and have no issue putting stuff like this together with that being said instructions are simple enough and even a non handy person would be able to assemble in less than an hour by themselves. I could have saved 5min by getting my tools but didn’t want to go from the basement to the garage and build went fine with the tools provided (no other tools needed to build) Syncing Bluetooth Once installing the app on my phone and batteries(provided) in screen on rower simply hit any button on the rower to awaken it and hit connect on the app and it’ll find and list the rower, you choose it and it connects flawlessly. MERACH app It’s zero frills but there are different training maps you can do and compete against others which is motivating. The first time I did it I was gassed in the first 3min but after two weeks I’ve improved my time on the 3km race by 4min and went from last place to 6th place competing with 18 others. Overall it’s perfect for a first time rower, it’s smooth and it’s solid. Great value for the money.

Easy to put together, I just wish the actual height was better, real low to the ground. I am building a quick short platform for the machine, so my knees do not hurt so much lowering to it and getting off of it. The short time I have used it, it seems OK, and I plan on using it much more in the future. The build on it seems basic, so do not expect a water resistance type of feel, or any really tough pulling resistance.

I am 6’8” 260 lb and it has been very hard to find an affordable rowing machine that will fit someone my size. I’m gonna honest, at this price point I was skeptical about the quality of this product, but this is one of the best purchases I have ever made on Amazon. This thing lacks the bells and whistles of the models that costs $1000 more, but it’s super well built and can give you a great workout. Even at my height I can do a full row extension and not hit the end of the machine like I do on 95% of rowers… so it’s a great purchase for tall people. Been using it about a month and I’m very happy I went with this model over the other more expensive options I was considering. I’m not that handy and I was able to easily put the machine together in about 30-40 min by myself. It has plenty of resistance and even for a big guy like me it gives a very challenging workout.

Rowing machine assembly easy and quick, came with tools needed to assemble. Have only used 3 times so far, purchased as low impact workout after full knee replacement. Only personal issue is machine is low to ground, making it a bit difficult to get on and off, but once there works without a lot of noise and smooth operation.
