Theres a reason its cheap! The software is aweful and other than 4x6 labels even though it claims it can handle it IT CANNOT, the print resolution is fine I guess, but try to make anything besides a shipping label and this POS will not do it. It's actually made me loose my faith in non-name brand products on Amazon as whole, probably time to start thinking about not renewing my Prime account at this juncture

This printer is easy to setup and easy to use. I had purchased it for printing shipping labels, and now use it for product labels as well. I did notice some streaking and poor print quality that made me think that maybe the printer was defective, but when I examined the print head surface, I noticed some dull spots that I could feel. I was able to use an eyeglass lens cloth to clean the printhead and restore the print quality. Keep in mind that thermal labels are coated, and some of that coating can rub off onto the printhead, causing a decrease in print quality. The decreased print quality is not the fault of the printer but merely some of the coating from the labels sticking to the printer. With regular care, this printer is an amazing value. I now clean the printhead before any large label printing projects to avoid wasting labels. I really appreciate the speed of the printer as well as the low cost of conumables such as the labels.

This works amazing and its FAST! I used to use a DymoXL for my shipping labels but I've had so many issues with it over the years I started to research something that would be a bit more versatile. I love that it can connect to my computer but also print via my phone as well. The label creation app is clunky and a bit difficult to use but being able to use a variety of thermal labels in various sizes and colors completely makes up for it. It prints clear and it is so fast. I love having the freedom to create after fighting with Dymo printers for so long. Plus its TINY and can be put virtually anywhere. I love this little thing, game changer!

Me gusto que es lo suficiente clara la impresión para que un código QR pues ser leído . Instale la app que indican y es fácil subir diseños y enviar a impresión. Me gusta, la recomiendo. México

Tuve que devolver esta impresora térmica porque su Bluetooth solo es compatible con el celular, no con la computadora. Uso una MacBook, que no tiene puerto USB, y no iba a comprar un adaptador solo para poder usarla. Además, el adaptador que supuestamente viene incluido nunca funcionó. Ni siquiera pude estrenarla porque para usarla en computadora necesitas un programa y configurarlo es todo un show. Personalmente, prefiero crear mis etiquetas en la computadora para revisar bien los detalles, así que hacerlas desde el celular no era una opción para mí. Si solo planeas usarla con el celular, quizás te funcione, pero si buscas algo compatible con computadora, mejor busca otra opción.
