I got this sleeping mask for my husband which loves to listen to music while he sleeps and you guessed it, I dont. I tried others and he didn't like them, so I tried this one and it loved it, he has been using this one for years and if we ever have a problem the seller got to us fast and did what they could to solve it. He loves everything about it the sound quality is great, the feel is soft and comfortable on your face and its easy to set up. Thanks for making life a little easier.

Great, comfy, dark sleep mask. The speaker parts are very small, flat, and movable, so you can arrange them however you need to. I have them a half inch in front of my ears and I can't feel them at all regardless of my tossing and turning from side to side, but can hear them well. A low volume is great for sleep and cannot be heard by anyone in bed with you. A comfortable volume to really hear the music well can't be heard easily if you take the thing off and are holding it naturally. My only critiques are 1, the charging cable part that comes out of it is in a weird place. Right by my left ear. You can adjust it a little, to tuck it behind an ear or in front or whatever, but it still slips in front of my ear on occasion. Related, I HATE the battery low notification. When the battery gets low, rather than just dying, it announces every 5 min or less that the battery is low. Using it for sleep, I don't care if it dies. It shouting BATTERY LOW until I wake up and turn it off is just annoying. I think it takes about 3 nights before it dies. My tip is to just charge it daily so it doesn't wake you with the warnings. Lastly, I'm not sure how well it washes. I've spot cleaned it but haven't thoroughly done so yet.

I'm really surprised how soft all the materials used in this are. I've had sleep masks before, all some kind of vinyl or polyester, but this is softer than some of my pillows. I'm also very pleased with the sound quality of the earpieces. I'm a stickler for having nice headphones, so the thought of tiny speakers in this sort of thing made me skeptical, but everything actually sounds really good. Other reviews are right, though: it can be a bit difficult to position the earpieces, because the sound coming out of them is extremely focused. If it's not pointing directly into your ear by even half an inch, it's surprisingly difficult to hear. The one thing I don't like is the fact the adjustment strap uses velcro. I have hats that use velcro, and just leaning back into my chair's headrest can mush my hair into the velcro and cause it to tangle up and get stuck. Waking up and having to brush out a velcro hairball from this eye mask every morning is going to get annoying. At the same time, the velcro adjustment strap here IS a lot thicker and more sturdy than just the single elastic band you get with most eye masks. Those elastic bands stretch and wear out over time, and presumably, this won't do that. It'll last as long as that lithium battery does. I just wish there was a better way that didn't risk tangled hair. I also sometimes wake up with sore earlobes. Despite this being advertised for side sleepers, there's still a bit of plastic in there that does press against the outside of your ear. But it's better than wearing actual headphones, I guess. The only other problem I have is more to do with the Android operating system, but: generally speaking it would be nice to have more gradients of volume. The lowest volume is almost too quiet to hear, and just one notch up on the volume slider is almost too loud to sleep through. I really want a half step between those two points and there doesn't seem to be a way to get it. But again, that's not really an issue with the mask itself and has more to do with Android -- I've had this problem with everything except the one headset I used to have with its own dedicated volume knob.

Overall great value. I don’t use them to drown out sound, but just enough to help me tune out other sounds around me. As a sleep mask this item works rather well. There is some light leakage for me around the nose, but it cuts out the greater portion of light and doesn’t put pressure on the eyes. Sometimes the padding at the bottom needs adjustment so it’s not pinching my nose. As a side sleeper, I was surprised that the speakers weren’t more uncomfortable. It’s usually a few hours of sleeping on one side before they begin to bother my ears. I typically only get about 5 to 6 hours of sleep a night and that means I often get two nights worth of play time at about 30% volume. I was actually surprised by the sound quality, I expected it to have a more canned type of sound, but the speakers have a decent range. The speakers do have to be lined up with your ears in order to hear much, but that hasn’t been much of an issue for me. As to other reviews about things shifting around, I haven’t noticed that with the speakers. You can move the speakers a little bit to adjust them, but I haven’t noticed any big shifts without my input. The controller does move around enough that at times it can be difficult to see the led indicators, but I haven’t had it shift so much that the buttons didn’t work.

It's very comfy and great for blocking out light. The mask feels cooling on the skin when it's first put on. I like that I can listen to music as I fall asleep.
