One of the best items I've ever spent money on. I was having trouble sleeping at one point, and for a while would turn the fan on in my bathroom and let it run all night, to provide white noise, and also to block out the repetitive sounds my senior dog makes lol. (For context, she is very old and had some teeth pulled, so she smacks her mouth and lips a lot. She also can get anxious sometimes and likes to lick her bed, apparently it helps soothe her. None of that is her fought and I don't hold it against her, but as you can imagine, the sounds are not the greatest thing to hear when trying to fall asleep haha.) Anyways, I'm a very worrisome person and I began to get paranoid that leaving my bathroom fan on all night could be a potential fire hazard. So I stopped using it and began looking into noise machines. I looked at so many different kinds and eventually settled on this one. It ended up being perfect and is everything I wanted, plus more. Some cool features: You can change the timer for how long it stays on, or set it to just run all night, which is my go to setting. If you do set a timer, the white noise it creates doesn't just stop suddenly, it slowly fades out so not to disturb your sleep, which I think is a really cool part of its design. The volume buttons are easy to locate and do exactly what they're supposed to do. It also has a plethora of different sounds to use. My most favorite is the sound of heavy rain fall. I also use the bathroom fan sound quite a lot as well. Another feature I like is that it doesn't have a ton of bright lights on it. If you choose to turn the timer on, it will show a very faint dot based on which timer you pick. Because I let it run all night, there aren't any faint dots that show up. It's also very travel friendly, very similar to tossing a phone in your bag with its charger and walking out the door. I'll most likely buy a second one in the upcoming months for when I travel, that way my other one can stay at home. As far as sound quality goes, I give this noise machine a 10/10. The noises aren't scratchy or grating, but very natural and soothing. I've not had any issues with the volume or adjusting it and the speaker sounds great too. This little box has been a game changer for me in terms of falling asleep more easily, and I'm really glad I purchased it. If you're worried about it being complicated to use, don't be. It's super easy to setup, and basically plug and play. I've said it already, but I'm really happy with this purchase and it's definitely one of the best items I've spent money on. Been using this for over a year now. Daily. Does everything I need in terms of providing background noise. I use it when I need noise playing in the background while I work, which it does an excellent job at providing. The size is quite small, allowing it to be easy to fit where you need it to. The volume is very customizable and can get quite loud if that's what you like. I enjoy setting it to standard white noise as this helps me sleep at nights. Will be approaching two years of use soon, and this product hasn't failed me yet. Seems to last long and you definitely get your money's worth.

What a dream Or with this sweet little machine I am able to rest peacefully and have sweet dreams. I travel a lot and miss the sounds of my home ceiling fan but this little travel buddy has a home fan mode plus many more. Now my first question when moving into my temporary space is “did you bring the sound machine?”

I had a Sharper Image Sound Machine for over 20 years, but time finally caught up with it. I kept looking on Amazon, but all the models I looked at were more than I wanted to spend. I recently came across this one and it was on sale. I ordered it, thinking it was probably not good because of the low price, and I would most likely return it. Happily I was wrong. It is tiny! Despite its size the speaker puts out plenty of white noise. It is very simple and logical to use. The controls are very close together so it's easy to press the wrong one-that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. This is no doubt part of the process of keeping the price so low. as they are well laid out. My only concern is I swear that sometimes when I go to turn it off in the morning it does that before I actually touch it. IDK if that's a feature...

I'm going to admit I was skeptical about white noise machines so I got this one on sale pretty cheap and I am glad I did. It is small and portable, sits right on the top of my desk organizer on my nightstand and plugs into my USB port on the surge protector. It is super easy to use and change the sounds and volume. I find the wave sounds my relaxing place but the rain ones are great too! As I told myself when I bought it, it doesn't cost much so what could it hurt! Love it and use it every night. Side note my cats don't seem to mind it either.

I have tinnitus which has been interfering with my sleep and I bought this device out of desperation. I have always thought this 'white noise' sound therapy stuff was some scam to sell noise-making electronic devices. This one was inexpensive enough to try. The thing works great. It has multiple sound effects to choose from plus a solid volume control which has allowed me to adjust it perfectly to my needs. I can't hear it because I have matched it closely with the tinnitus noise. The down side is it blocks almost all the other sounds within my range of hearing. I have it under the bed so the color, night light, light level, and brightness suggested by the AI prompts are irrelevant. The product is great. Amazon's attempt at rigging reviews with "artificial intelligence" prompts suck. That's my opinion and I believe the prompting degrades the veracity of the review system. What's wrong with people just writing what they think?

This white noise machine really works. I love the nature sounds, great for relaxing, but the white noise is so effective for a good nights sleep. My husband says he sleeps better as well. It seems to muffle outside noises. I chose this because of the various sounds and it is non looping. Very happy.

Small, does create the perfect sound that doesn’t seem like it’s looping. Works well for me! ❤️
