Prior to purchase I (too) read a ton of reviews. At first I was very hesitate in purchasing; I was worried I’d fallen for another influencer dupe to purchase something that doesn’t really help my specific needs. I decided to take the plunge and try after all; the reviews were amazing and I was hopeful. I’m thrilled I took the plunge! This stuff is life changing! I’ve always battled sensitivity to products (stomach backlash) and have battled thin hair my whole life so I started lightly once I received this in the mail. The bottle is much bigger than I had anticipated and the taste was surprisingly good. The flavor is mango and does not leave a weird after taste. The dosage stated I could take up to 2 tablespoons a day. Because of my sensitive stomach, I started with just a teaspoon every other day. I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to have revenge tummy (honestly was afraid of reverse GI issues). After a week, I bumped up to one tablespoon every other day and then the following week, one tablespoon a day. I’m now taking this daily and following the two tablespoon dosage recommendations. I have not had any stomach issues and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my hair! My hair feels fuller, has begun growing back following terrible postpartum hair loss (I’m talking 4 years trying to recover the loss) and has a beautiful shine to it. I would highly recommend this for anyone who also battles thin, fine hair, especially those who battle hair loss. My hair stylist who has been cutting and coloring my hair for a decade has even commented on the difference my hair quality has been. I don’t have enough room to state how incredible this product is and I hope you take the plunge too. My only complaint is the price point, but you get what you pay for— and you get quality AND quantity with this one!

Love, love, love this! After one week my hair was already starting to feel thicker, and stronger. After two weeks I'd noticed some growth. Now almost three months later, my hair is so much healthier, my skin feels smoother and more plump. The taste of the liquid vitamin is nice, very easy to take as well. Super easy to take as a mom on the go.

Definitely works. My hair has thinned with age as I’m in my late 30’s now and have trouble growing it out. My grow out since my highlights was 10 fold compared to the time it usually takes and I have baby hairs growing in now! Don’t skip a day and keep at it. I’ve taken this now for 2.5 months. Love the taste and easy to swallow. It is still a little pricey but seems worth it. The ingredients are high quality and I love that they use methylated versions of their vitamins. No stomach upset and I feel good after taking it on an empty stomach. It has 8 carbs but no sugar and uses noni fruit extract instead. Haven’t noticed any changes to sleep as this is a morning supplement in my opinion. 10/10 recommend. If it doesn’t work for you, you’re at least getting some high quality nutrition.

The taste is ok, it’s not bad, I can’t take liquid medicine because it’s awful but I can take this. I’ve been using since November and I can say it does increase your hair growth. As far as thickness my hair is getting thicker not as thick as I desire but I can see it getting there with continued use. My hair is much fuller than when I stared this product . This is a very good product I see why it’s kind of pricey because it actually works

I started taking MaryRuth Organics Liquid Multivitamin mainly for overall health, but I was shocked by how much it improved my hair! The taste to me isn't bad. It's thick and peachy. I'm almost done and I'd buy this again because my hair is thicker now. I did a big chop and I'm sticking with this because I don't like taking medicine and one and dine works not including it helps with hair growth. I'm literally starting over and I can't wait to see the increased change in the coming months.

Like many, I got got by TikTok ads and decided to give this a try. My hair isn’t falling out, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed more shedding. I figured it was better to get ahead of it now rather than wait for actual bald spots. After a month of use, I saw a significant improvement; less shedding, thicker roots, and even more luster in my skin. But it comes with a serious monkey’s paw effect. The recommended dose contains 500% of your daily vitamins, with vitamin B12 hitting a wild 4,000%. The result? Heart palpitations and insomnia like no other. My hair looked great, my skin was glowing, but I was also lying in bed in minor cardiac arrest, unable to sleep, even when I took it at 8:00 AM. The taste? Somewhere between overripe mango and straight-up vitamins. Not unbearable, but definitely not something I look forward to. I mix it into 4 oz of water just to get it down quickly. Also, this is not FDA-approved, and I can see why. If you’re serious about hair loss treatment, this stuff does work. Just be aware that it’s packed with enough vitamins to make you feel like you’re transcending time and space, all courtesy of a product marketed through an app where people make dance videos.

This product works! I take it every morning two tablespoons. You can take it alone or mix it with juice. It doesn’t taste bad alone. I did it for a month and my hair is growing back so much thicker. I do recommend also good hair growth oil to pair this with on your scalp to make it grow even faster.

I’ve been using this consistently for about a month and a half and I can definitely say it works. My hair was falling out like CRAZY so I decided to give this a shot and I’m glad that I did. I have noticed that I have baby hairs coming in and my hair fall has decreased significantly. I will absolutely repurchase (I just wish it wasn’t so expensive for us Canadians lol)

Amazing i love it

I don't even like peach or mango so I was pretty leery of trying this bottle of liquid vitamins, however, its flavour is phenomenal! I've been using these vitamins for a couple months for my thinning hair. I haven't really seen any results with hair regrowth, but I will definitely purchase again; maybe it will just take time for my hair to grow thicker. In the mean time, at least I'm getting my daily vitamins :)
