I purchased this chair for my son. Wanted a quality chair that will last. Heat & massage is a bonus! Excited to receive the chair. My son & I assembled....really easy! Tool supplied & all screws/bolts are labeled, making it easy to assemble w/step by step directions. Less than 30 min. The only bummer was that the cord to plug together to use heat & massage was pinched. I'm sure shipping had something to do with it. So close! This company & their customer service is insanely quick, so very accommodating. They resolved my issue as fast as it was to put this chair together! The chair is very comfy, padding is thick & feels like it will last more than 6 months :o) Heat is nice & massage is a little bonus. And reclining!! Not much work will be getting done in this chair! Great quality chair - great quality company - great quality customer service.

Good chair in terms of feel and comfort. Lumbar support could be a little bit more contoured for additional support but it’s still pretty good. My main issue is the chair creaks. It’s not coming from loose hardware, it’s very clearly coming from inside the chair back, to the bottom left. I’ve tried readjusting the back and making sure all hardware is tight but can’t get rid of the squeaking every time I lean back. This doesn’t make sense as the chair is meant for heavier people and I’m 200 lbs. Would rate higher if the build quality was better because the squeaking gets annoying. Update: Immediately was tired of the creaking, filed a return request and was given a full refund after 1 day to process, with the option for replacement. They did not want the product to be returned.

Chair is as described and is good value for price I paid but there are several issues to consider. First the seat portion after 2 weeks of daily use has settled considerably and the lack of cushioning is noticeable. I can feel there is a bar when I sit down. Second the heat aspect is very light and almost none existent which is frustrating since this is one of the reasons I wanted this chair. Lastly the information on the controls for the chair to change the settings on the message or heat options are completely illegible. I used a magnifying glass and still can not read what the setting options are at all! I paid less then some for the chair so I am going to chalk it up to getting what I paid for. As for it being sturdy and comfortable while in recline it's pretty nice and suits my needs fine.

My son is obsessed with his new chair. It’s pretty nice looking and decently comfortable. I say it’s good for sciatica because it’s not too soft or too hard which is good for hips and sciatic nerve. Not too hard to build was able to do it one person but two would make it faster. It’s a normal size for like an office chair and so far has been stable and really held up to my son’s constant moving and jumping and stuff. I’d recommend it for sure. Oh it also massages which is fun:))
