WOW! I don't think I've ever written a review on Amazon, but this pump is worth it. As a brand new mom, my baby went in for his 1 week check up, and our pediatrician told us she wanted us to start using formula in addition to breast feeding to boost his weight gain. She said I could pump, but that was a lot of work. Of course I wanted my baby to have my breast milk vs. formula, so I began using my far more expensive, electric pump. It was disheartening to see how little I was producing, and after 30 minutes of the electric pump, I wasn't completely empty, but was also only producing little droplets. My fiancé said he saw somewhere that manual pumps have been getting great reviews lately, so I decided to order this one on a whim. I was so beyond impressed the first time I used it, I was laughing with joy. You can literally see your milk jet-streaming (idk how else to describe it) out of your boobs, and this pump completely emptied me in under 10-15 minutes. I got 2 ounces the first try, compared to the 0.5 ounce I usually get with the electric pump. Another pro is that you can take this pump anywhere. It's small, easy to assemble, has only a few parts to put together vs. a machine/battery pack, and is so much quicker. I couldn't imagine being out and having to be attached to a machine for 30+ minutes. The convenience alone makes this product such a win. If you're an under-producer, or you're thinking about giving up on your breast feeding/pumping journey because your baby isn't getting enough - try this pump first!

This is the best pump I have ever tried. I have a hands free pump which really doesn’t empty my breast milk and takes a long time or losing suction and tried using a hospital pump with my other child which didn’t help either. Only thing missing is flanges from this packet which would make it the Best ever!! Luckily I have those from my hands free pump

There are a few reasons why I love this product. I also have a hakaa, which was a lifesaver when I discovered it. However, this one has three key features that make it superior: (1) the silicone is thicker and stays on the breast better, (2) the suction cup on the bottom prevents tipping, and (3) the yellow stopper provides quick capping when you’re sleep deprived so you don’t have to worry about spilling; of course, it comes with the white cap as well. Overall, really great product, and I tend to recommend it more than the hakaa!

Worked well the first few times I used it. It helps empty me. I find it better to pump after breastfeeding to empty my breast, or pump for a few minutes when I'm engorged, so my baby doesn't choke on the milk. Giving it 4 stars because the more I use it, the less it empties me. One thing for sure is that this helped increase my milk supply. I got it because my milk supply dropped, after using this for a week instead of the electric, my milk supply increased. I don't use it as often anymore, only whenit'ss the only one I have clean and when my milk supply drops. It's something that every breastfeeding mom should have available. Also, the container holds about 5 oz I fill it up and then pour it into another container, but I heard you can attach any bottle that is larger and fits. I haven't tried it yet.

I love this hand pump so much that I use it as my primary pump (I pump 1-2x per day and otherwise breastfeed). It empties me much better than my Spectra S1, and I find the suction more comfortable. It only has a few parts and is easy to clean, which is a huge plus. I wish it had an option for a larger collection bottle though because I’ve got a large supply and end up having to empty the bottle midway through so I can keep pumping. I also wish the silicone piece in the handle stayed put better, but that’s not a big enough issue to detract from my love of this pump ****Update: I discovered that the threading on this pump is compatible with the narrow 8oz glass Dr. Brown’s bottles, so my wish for a bigger collection bottle option has come true!! I love that I can pump directly into a large glass bottle for storage in the fridge - big time-saver and less plastic exposure!

This is a wonderful little pump. It definitely gets the job done. With my first born, I didn't pump very often at all since she was EBF. I bought this along with 2 knockoff Haakaas to use on the go. This pump emptied me in a fraction of the time it would've taken to use the Haakaa on the opposite side. I bought it again when I had my second child. I'd never been hooked up to a wall pump nor were wearable pumps a thing when my first was born so I had no idea how long it would take me to empty. Within minutes of pumping, my collection bottles quickly fills with milk. This pump has come in handy for when there was a power outage and I couldn't use my wall pump. The only thing i don't like, is the constant pumping you have to do manually. My hands gets tired after so long. Every mom needs to have a good manual pump on hand and this is the one. I am so glad I have this pump.

Got this because of reviews but it was okay. I didn’t see much input with this pump not worth the hype you can get a cheaper version

Sou doadora de leite e achei este o método mais fácil para extração de leite materno. É bastante simples, só deixar fluir enquanto o bebê mama o outro seio. É bem mais confortável de usar que a bomba elétrica, o silicone molinho faz um bom vácuo na mama. Achei a vedação e o conforto no seio bem melhores que a coletora da Nuby. Me alivia bastante quando o seio está muito cheio, não me machuca e não faz bagunça.
