This product shifts the litter immediately after the cat leaves. In doing so, it does not allow the litter to clump properly resulting in a mess inside the collection area, horrible smell even with the little fragrance block and litter dust being put into the air during the cycle process. As far as the collection area goes, the bag will protect the bin area but it does nothing for the door or slide area. When the litter is shifted back and forth during the cycle, it dumps the collected contents back up on the door and then back into the collection bin. We have wasted our money with this purchase.

We have 6 cats inside the house, so you can imagine how frustrating to clean up their poop, so I gotta get a litter robot to make my life easier. It’s fairly easy to use, the won’t draw too much electricity which is nice, the robot came with the trash bags already, the deodorant smells so good. Make sure you don’t pour too much kitty litter inside, I added too much at the beginning so sort of made a mess. But after I adjusted the amount, then it works really good, the auto clean helps the litter robot to stay clean, so it won’t be stinky. The poop stays in the trash bag pretty good as long as you don’t over fill the kitty litter over the max line. The product won’t be too heavy, so it’s easy to move it. I like it a lot!!

We have 4 cats 2 of whom are toilet trained. This box works very well. It was easy to set up and start using, its super quiet, and the cats seem to be enjoying it. I only wish the receptacle bin was bigger.

This self cleaning litter box works amazing. It comes with two packs of pellet litter which gave me an opportunity to try that out for the first time and love it. I love that the door closes while emptying for the cat’s safety. 2 cats have used it and has worked smoothly. Great product. Way better than shoveling 2 cats messes! There is absolutely no smell and was so easy to put together

So convenient. The cat took right to it. Set up was easy, the app that keeps track of your cats weight and how much she uses it is actually pretty good info. I like that the part that I have to change is on the top. Adding litter to the box is the only somewhat inconvenient chore. It’s hard to get the heavy litter in the small entrance hole, evenly and without spilling. Update, the latch gets stuck. Am in contact with customer service…..
