Love this! I'll definitely be ordering again! The bottle is awesome to keep sunlight from damaging the methylene blue. So far what I've read about methylene blue is true. I am recovering from prostate cancer (Numbers look good and I am in remission so that's great) and I have been on adderall for fatigue and mental brain fog due to a lack of testosterone from my hormone therapy. This was recommended to me by a doctor and I bought it to try instead of the adderall and it works great. The adderall had side effects including trouble sleeping, but the Methylene Blue gives me a noticeable mental boost, energy and focus (better than adderall) without the sleep troubles. According to the experts I am supposed to take 20 drops per day for my body weight, so I started with ten ten in the morning and planned on taking another ten in the afternoon, but I don't need the afternoon ten drops, so I have just stuck with ten drops once a day. A full dropper is 15 drops and sometimes I'll just take the full dropper so that I don't have to count drops but I don't really need the fifteen drops because ten works fine. I add them to about 5 or 6 ounces of water and hoark it down. It tastes very slightly metallic but not bad. I was afraid it'd be awful tasting, but it's not so bad. I am not a doctor. Do your own research.

Honestly I have to give this product a one star even before I try using it. I say this because there's a bottle in a box with a name of the product but there's absolutely no instructions. Most people have never heard of methylene blue so it would be mandatory that would be some instructions. Now I have to spend time downloading information from the internet. Don't buy this product if they neglect to do that then find me other things in neglecting.

The first time I tried this, I took 3-4 drops and felt myself get pulled into a sweeping state of anxiety. Since I’ve read so many positive reviews on this product and wanted the benefit of the effects, I decided to microdose this product on a daily basis. So now, I put 1-2 drops into a cup of water and drink it in the morning. I feel a slight boost without feeling dizzy and nauseated, which is how I feel if I take too much at once.

First off, I am running a minimum of a 5k per day the entire year of 2025; zero rest days. Starting in March, I began sprinkling in longer runs, from 10k to 10 mile to half marathon. Needless to say, I've been more tired lately. I heard about MB on a Joe Rogan podcast and decided to give it a shot; 10mg (20 drops) in the morning, 5mg (10 drops) at night. I calculated the half life of these doses and you'll neve get over 12mg in your bloodstream using these doses.....so no real risk of building up to toxicity levels. See the attached excel screenshot It's a very low dose for a 220 pound man, but it has (seemingly) been very effective for me. Figure 15mg for a 100kg man = 0.15mg/kg of weight. I ran 8 miles + walked 6.5 on Monday. I ran a sub-30 5k, walked a 5k, and rode my bike 20 miles on Tuesday. I ran 10 miles and walked a 5k on Wednesday....and before I started, I felt heavy and exhausted in my legs. Two miles in and I felt great. This morning, I ran a 5k. I don't run fast (~10min/mile), but I do suffer and run far and long whenever possible. And this week, I have felt good, happy, and aware on my runs. I'm not a natural runner and i'm not a good runner, but the MB has seemingly made a big difference for me. First thought was that it was all placebo. But my performance (moreso in stamina and feeling energetic) increased despite today being day 86 straight of running a minimum of 5k per day. On the downside, I noticed high levels of copper @ 27ppm, but when comparing 10 drops @ 27ppm of copper and a gallon of water @ 1.3ppm......i've decided to accept it unless someone can give some insight and push me toward another reasonably priced brand. So in summary, I truly believe this stuff is making a big difference for me. Maybe i'll have a change of heart, but i'll give it a go for a while and measure the results.

MB (Methylene Blue) has been in use for over a century. Don't buy the cheap stuff. It is used primarily in dyes, which contain heavy metals, which many people are concerned with. The pharmaceutical grade is PURE, read the test results. If the bottle is marked with USP, it means the standards have been met for safe use. The United States Pharmacopeia (USP) is a nonprofit organization that sets standards for the quality, purity, strength, and identity of drugs, food ingredients, and dietary supplements. I have dealt with sleep apnea for over 20 years and I notice my cognition and memory are on the decline. I know it is partly due to age but after doing much research about the effects of sleep apnea on cognition and memory, I know age plays only a small role. I've been using MB for over 3 months and noticed a significant improvement in my cognition and especially my memory. After doing the research, I discovered the recommended minimum dose of 0.5 mg/kg of body weight was too much for me. I add only 10 drops per day to my water bottle and start drinking it in the morning. I notice the cognitive and slight energy onset effect within 30 - 45 minutes, which lasts for 8-10 hours. The memory aspect lasts for a couple of days. I usually finish by noon. The half-life of MB is around 6 hours so I avoid taking it after lunch, otherwise, it affects falling asleep. I only take it on weekdays and take a break on the weekend but the memory aspect seems to have a longer-term effect. If you are over 40 and notice a decline in cognition or memory, it is definitely worth a try. If you feel ill after drinking it, it probably means it is too concentrated for you. Add it to a water bottle and drink it over a longer period of time.
