I recently picked up the Maypug portable projector 180 degree Rotatable 130” Screen Movie Projector, and I’m really impressed with its performance, especially given its size! It’s incredibly compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry around, whether for travel, outdoor movie nights, or even just moving it between rooms. The setup was a breeze; I was up and running in just a few minutes. The image quality is surprisingly sharp for such a small device. It projects a bright and clear image even in a dimly lit room. I was able to get a decent screen size, up to 100 inches, and the colors were vibrant. The 1080p resolution is great for watching movies or playing games on a larger-than-life screen. Sound-wise, the built-in speakers are decent but not extraordinary. I recommend connecting external speakers for a fuller, more immersive experience, especially for outdoor use. The HDMI and USB ports provide flexibility to hook it up to various devices like laptops, smartphones, or even gaming consoles.

Amazing! This mini projector has exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that impressed me was how compact and lightweight it is. Despite its small size, it delivers outstanding image quality. It supports 4K and 1080P, making it a perfect choice for watching movies or even presentations in high definition. The screen size can be adjusted up to 130 inches, making it ideal for creating a home theater or using it for work meetings. Connectivity is another strong point. With WIFI 6 and Bluetooth, I can easily connect my laptop, PC, or even my phone. Plus, the automatic Keystone feature ensures that the image is always well-adjusted, no matter the angle from which I project. I’m very happy with this mini projector. Setting it up was super easy, thanks to the WiFi 6 and Bluetooth features. The picture quality is great—clear and sharp with 4K support—and the 130’’ screen size makes movie nights amazing. I love that it’s portable and lightweight, so I can move it around easily. The auto keystone feature is really helpful to get the screen perfectly aligned. It works smoothly with my laptop and smartphone. Definitely worth it for the price!

This mini projector is really cool and easy to use. It’s small and light, so you can take it anywhere. The picture looks great, especially in a dark room, and it works with different devices. The sound is good, but using speakers makes it even better. It’s perfect for movie nights or showing videos.

The Smart Projector arrived in a nice compact box that was well packaged and unharmed. I was able to get it up and running by simply unpacking everything, setting it up and plugging it in. One thing to note is the power cord is relatively short, so if you want to get it away from the wall it is plugged in, you’ll need a proper extension cord. If the plug is behind the unit where you set it up, this may not be necessary. The bottom of the projector moves if there is too much pull from the power cord. The app was easy to use, just scan the card and download from your OS App store. The projector does NOT auto focus so you will have to manually adjust it each time you move it. The projector does fix keystoning if aiming upward. One thing I like is that you can shoot the projector on the ceiling, which is a nice way to watch TV while lying on your back in bed. I downloaded the apps for Netflix and YouTube. I found app usable but clunky at times. However, I was able to log in using QR codes which was a nice touch. I did notice that the Netflix app is a little outdated and not able to scroll down, instead you must select TV shows, Movies, etc. in order to scroll what is available. YouTube app worked as expected. This can be used outdoors, so long as it isn’t too humid outside. Keep it out of the elements. The onboard speaker is usable, but highly recommend that you pair it with a bluetooth speaker for a better sound presentation. The one thing I did notice over time, was the fan noise. It is noticable at first but you tend to get use to it over time. That is why I recommend pairing it to a Bluetooth speaker because the fan noise competes with the enbedded speaker. This is a fun projector for a bedroom, dorm room, or a party room. Easy to setup if using outdoors. Remote control does not come with batteries.

I'm pretty impressed by this little unit - really clear picture, keystoning feature auto adjust works very well, remote functions fast and updating firmware was seamless. I have placed this into my IOT segregates network on my home wireless network so it can't 'speak' with anything else on the network - something you should consider as our homes become more digitally connected with these internet connected devices! Fan is a little noisy, but once you have sound or headphones on, it won't be a distraction. Was surprised at how far back I could place the unit and size of bright picture. The base has a tripod connection on it for those that would find it useful. Time will tell on how long the picture remains bright and pixels stay alive.

Don't Bother poor quality it's cheap for a reason as said you get what you pay for. Picture is not great and this projector has a permanent speck on the picture which was not on the lens must be internal. It's packaged cheaply and the app it reqires to allow your phone to work was not secure so I personally didn't want to download an un secure app to my phone. Sound was not loud enough. Will be sending back let you know how that goes. Interestingly look how many reviews are from the USA.
