UPDATE 12/2022: I was contacted by the seller after leaving the below original review. They offered me a full refund, no questions asked, no product return necessary (which is good as I had already disposed of the case), they were very polite and had quick same-day response time to my reply. As such, even though it is not required at all, I’ve chosen to increase my original review of 2 stars to 4 stars, just based on their resolution of the issue and stellar customer service. I would consider purchasing from this company again, knowing they stand behind their products. So few companies do that these days. Thank you Miracase! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’m coming off an Otterbox defender case for an iPhone XR that I just upgraded to a 14 Pro. You can imagine my surprise and shock to learn Otterbox no longer makes the type of case I had grown accustomed to and used the last 3-4 years. That case had protected my phone so well that it literally didn’t have a scratch on it, despite dozens if not hundreds of drops over its lifetime. So, disappointment in my favorite brand led me to start shopping other brands. That’s when I found and landed on Miracase. The reviews were good and the product was reasonably priced. Buying online is never easy, especially when it comes to certain things, like a cell phone protection case. I bought this case without understanding or having used my new 14 Pro at all, I hadn’t even unwrapped it as I refuse to use an unprotected phone. I was disappointed when this case arrived, to say the least. It is just a flexible silicone sleeve back cover. Yes, it comes with screen protectors, so in that area, it is a step up from typical. However, I was looking for a hard case with anti-fingerprints and anti-scratching, and something I felt safe would protect my phone if it were dropped. I unfortunately didn’t feel that way about this one. I did love the deep purple fabric lining on the inside of the case where the phone sits. It felt very soft and I knew would keep the back of the phone scratch-free. Other than that, I didn’t care for anything else. The case felt too flexible and too loose. Like one good shake and the phone would pop right out of it. There was nothing that I could tell which would prevent a hard shake from dislodging the phone from its case… which meant I didn’t trust it and I didn’t feel safe using my phone the way I usually do. Lastly, the camera section on the back of the case has a raised bezel. Cool idea, but there’s a major design flaw. ONLY the camera area is raised. No other part of the back of the case is. Which means that unless you lay your phone screen side down always… it will NEVER sit flush/flat on any surface, screen side up. It’ll be off balance and rock/teeter, which I really hate. All it needed was a thin bezel around the full outside edge to counteract the raised lens area and boom, problem solved. Not sure why this was overlooked, but I didn’t care for it, as I always use my phone as my alarm and want the screen facing up, not down. In the end, this case just wasn’t for me.

At first, I wasn’t too sure if I had bought the right case but gave it the benefit of the doubt. Soon after a week, the outer filming/finish of the case started to go away slowly. After that, I realized I had the best grip I’ve had on a case in a long time! Trust me, I looked and looked all over but now I’m completely satisfied with this purchase. I’ve no longer have my phone slip out of my hand regardless of my hands being sweaty. Also, very reliable as I have dropped it by accident and there was no problems. I recommend it to anyone and worth the purchase along with the kit included. Snug fit and so worth it!!!!

Habe mir nach anfänglichen bedenken doch diese Hülle gekauft. Ich muss sagen sie ist Super etwas dicker an den Ecken und genau die selbe Farbe wie mein iPhone. Kein verblasstes grün. Allerdings muss ich auch einen Nachteil angeben leider steht der Schutz der Kamera etwas mehr über so das mein vw sie nicht mehr im wireless charging erkennt. Ich nutze das Handy nur moderat also benötige ich kein laden auf dem Weg zur Arbeit aber für einen Vertreter könnte das ein Problem werden.

This is a good cut. There’s a nice lip to cover the front and back. It doesn’t feel like silicone. Hard silicone maybe. Feels a bit plastic. Not much grip so it won’t attract dusks. Very clean minimalist look. My iPhone is glass so I’m not sure it will protect if dropped since the case is hard silicone type. It will protect from scratch small stuff like that but a drop is not advisable.
