I love this pillow and would never stop using it if my husband didn't mind the barrier so much! It was great for pregnancy when I kept adding different pillows to my bed before getting this one to rule them all. I used it for my knees, belly, head, feet... and like not having to adjust pillows in the night or add more as different pregnancy symptoms occur. The only issue I ran into is how sweaty I get and having to wash the cover more frequently then shove this giant, awkward pillow through the pillowcase. I ended up wrapping a towel around it to create a sweat barrier that I could just wash the towel instead of the pillowcase every week. My cat loves snuggling me to sleep and was no longer able to lay on my chest with me on my back so this was perfect when I switched to my side for sleep and my cat would lay on the pillow to snuggle me. Very sweet and cozy solution for pet snuggles. For husband snuggles we would flip up the short arm to allow for snuggle access and that worked as needed. After having the baby this also works well as a barrier on the bed to keep baby contained. Seriously, I have no complaints of this pillow and would use it forever if my husband didn't mind the pillow wall all around me!

The hubby bought this for my birthday and it's one of the best presents he's given me. I'm not pregnant but I am a side sleeper and had rotator cuff surgery last year. This keeps me snuggled in and on my back and when I do sleep on the side, I love putting my legs on top of it. Problem is, my dog really loves this too. She's been sneaking on to it whenever I get off the bed. I got up to go to the bathroom at night and in just those couple minutes, she was already snuggled in. If you think about it, this makes a good dog bed for a large sized dog like my lab. Since the covers come off easily to wash, all you need to do is put a cushion or a blanket on the bottom and put this on top.

Held up great after 4 months of use, but I much prefer the U shape to this C shape. It’s very bulky, hard to get out of bed a million times in the night. The U shale I can just flip so the opening is at the top and flip it down. This is a C shape, not U shape so the listing is misleading.

I let the pillow settle for about 12 hours before using it and it was already quite firm and plump, and I couldn't wait to use it. I've suffered with sciatica for years. At its worst, I couldn't walk, and at its best, I can't sleep through the night because I twist and turn in my sleep. The pillow's shape kept me in place throughout the night so that I didn't strain my back. Whether I lied on my side or on my back, my spine maintained a neutral position. I slept for over 10 hours and almost didn't want to get up! I can't believe the difference it made and I only hope it continues to provide me with good sleep once my body and brain adjust to the newness.

This is an amazing pillow. The most comfortable pillow I have ever had. The only issue is the size. This is not a build or product issue. It is my wife making fun of a grown man using a pregnancy pillow and it taking up the bed. Still I can’t tell you enough how comfy this is and the quality is superb. I actually have it to my 9yo son and he uses it every night to bury himself into full immersion. I would be on cloud 9 if the company actually made this in a normal pillow. I’d probably purchase 3. It’s absolutely perfect.

Well.. I hoped it would be better. I've had this pillow for almost 2 months and I've slept with it every night. With that being said I feel I have some ground to stand on when I say this thing isn't very comfy which I believe comes from how its flattened out at the top. If I use it as a pillow for my head I have crazy neck pain. Also I'm not sure if its the way I sleep but the back support part will not stay in place. I gave 2 stars because although I'm not a fan I could see it working for someone else maybe I sleep weird or maybe its because I'm a heavier person and short (5ft) I'm not sure if that would have anything to do with it or not. You know, or maybe its my mattress because its awful. By the way this is my 4th pregnancy and first time using a pregnancy pillow at 20 weeks.
