I recently got this pregnancy body pillow, and it has made such a difference in my comfort! The pillow provides excellent support for my back, belly, and hips, helping to alleviate pressure and make sleeping much more comfortable. It’s the perfect size—long enough to hug and snuggle with, and it gently supports my body without being too bulky. The material is soft yet firm enough to provide the right amount of cushioning, and the cover is easy to remove and wash. I also love how versatile it is; I can adjust the position to support different areas of my body, whether I need extra belly support or to relieve tension in my lower back. If you’re pregnant and struggling with sleep or discomfort, I highly recommend a body pillow like this one. It’s a lifesaver for getting restful sleep and staying comfortable throughout the night!

EDIT: I’m on the fence about this thing. Probably great for some, but not great for everybody. It sleeps quite hot, and though the shape ensures you will not end up on your back, it makes it a tad confining. I only use mine some nights, typically when I feel I need to switch up my positioning. Sleeping with three regular pillows positioned at my head, front, and back seems to work better for me. ORIGINAL: I am in the second trimester. I used this for the first time last night. Super comfy, and allows for multiple sleep positions. I was beginning to have trouble sleeping throughout the night; I would just toss and turn unable to find a comfortable position. I like the shape of this pillow as it extends enough to support my legs. I’m typically a stomach sleeper. This pillow kind of allows you to mimic sleeping on your stomach by supporting your belly with its soft cushion. I think/hope this will help me sleep better throughout the rest of my pregnancy. I removed and washed the cover before using it for the first time. Feels fresh, clean, and cozy. It does sleep a little hot though.

Okay, this Momcozy Pregnancy Pillow has seriously changed my sleep game! 😴 It’s U-shaped, so it hugs your whole body and gives the best support ever. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and I honestly sleep so much better – no more tossing and turning! The removable cover is super soft and easy to clean, which is a big win. If you're pregnant or just need extra comfort while sleeping, this pillow is a total must-have! 💖

At first, I loved this pillow! I got the version with the cooling cover because I overheat easily at night, and it definitely helped keep me cool. However, after using it for a while, I’ve noticed some major downsides. The biggest issue? It’s destroying my hair and lashes! I sleep mostly on my left side, and now my lashes on that side are brittle and kinked. My hair, which is otherwise very healthy, has constant split ends, and I suspect the cooling cover is to blame. All this is happening despite being a licensed cosmetologist and taking excellent care of my lashes and hair. The fabric seems to cause too much rough friction, leading to breakage. Another minor issue is that the cushion isn’t evenly distributed anymore, but that’s more on me and how I use it. I still recommend this pillow for comfort and support, but I would not recommend the cooling cover—especially if you care about your hair and lashes! If I could do it over, I’d go with the regular cover instead, or better yet, order a silk cover.

This pregnancy pillow is AMAZING! So soft, so comfortable. As someone who has NEVER slept on her side until being pregnant, this has made side sleeping so much more comfortable, especially having something to wrap my arms around.

This pillow is super soft and firm, great quality. I love how it supports my head, neck, back and hips. It came vacuum sealed and it puffed up really fast. I love that it’s pink! It’s so worth it and I recommend to everyone not just pregnant women!

While it is comfy and supportive, it’s hot AF. I woke up sweating several times like I was living on a tropical island. New flash: I live in Michigan and was pregnant during one of the coldest and snowiest seasons. I kept my room at 69-70 degrees and this thing still had me sweating like I was going through menopause. I’m 5’8 and the shape and length worked for me. I didn’t feel the need to curl up into a small ball to get the right position. Side note: I also have a long torso that isn’t accommodated in a lot of items - still, this worked fabulously. Additionally, I carried it everywhere during my 3rd trimester as everything is just uncomfortable at that point. That said, it’s heavy, so actually carrying it everywhere was a daunting task but worth it. It kept its shape for the 8 months I used it. I bought it about 3 months into my pregnancy and used it after because I had a c-section and needed some additional support while my stitches healed. It came in handy for me during feedings on the nights my partner had the Boppy pillow on his side of the bed. My partner was also one of the main reasons I stopped using it - it takes up A LOT of space in the bed. There’s a J. Lo movie about this and it’s so accurate that it hurts. The color was as described - blush pink. The quality of the cover is questionable as it does pill quite a bit and isn’t as soft/smooth as the mesh ones. It definitely isn’t sweat-proof and will develop an odor if not washed regularly (hence the pilling). Honestly, I bought this because of the color and affordability. However, I do wish I would have splurged for something more contoured and temperature-regulating. But, if you’re looking for something with an affordable price point that will get the job done, this will work. Added note: Beware of the lumps and bumps in the pillow overtime that will require some adjustments to achieve smoothness and keep the support intact.
