The Monoprice 8K Certified Ultra High Speed HDMI Cable is fully 8K60 and 4K120 compatible and works with every HDMI 2.1 specification. QMS and Dolby Vision is fully supported when I directly connect my Apple TV 4k (2022) to my LG C3 TV. VRR also works with my PS5 and Xbox Series X. The cable is extremely heavy duty and CL3 rated for in-wall usage. The thickness and braided sleeve can make it difficult to manuever as it is very stiff--especially near the plugs so make sure there is enough clearance for the larger bend radius. The HDMI plugs also have a unique latch design that give them more "bite" so they are less prone to being accidentally disconnected. Overall I highly recommend these cables for any permanent home theater setup.

This cable is fire rated so you can hide it behind a wall. It’s quite rigid. It works just as well as any other HDMI 2.1 cable.

I purchased two cables, one was used to connect a soundbar to my TV, the other was used to connect an HDMI switch box to my TV. These short 3 foot lengths make cable management a little easier. Build quality looks good, nothing janky, no issues with any of the connections, video quality and sound are good, all the devices play nice with each other. Each cable comes sealed in a bag with an official looking sticker that says "Ultra Certified Cable HDMI Ultra High Speed." These are rated for 8k 60Hz 48Gbps, but I have no way to tell how well they work at their max rating. I'm using them for 1080p 30Hz and they work great. I've always had good luck with Monoprice cables in the past, and so far so good with this set.

First, let me preface my review by saying that I actually only need HDMI 2.0, not 2.1. I just figured that I should get the 2.1 for possible future needs. Thus I can’t really say how well it works for actual 2.1 usage. I can say that the cable exudes quality. It feels more rugged than $100 HDMI cables. The strain relief does seem actually too sturdy, it’s supposed to flex, to relieve the strain like the name suggests. If you are using this somewhere that you don’t have at least 4 inches of space, this is the wrong cable for you. But if space is not an issue, this should be good.

Works as it should, looks good, feels substantial and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Got mine here instead of from Monoprice directly because of shipping speed but I recommend to check Monoprice's website because most of the time they are less expensive but shipping speed is much slower and to get free shipping you have to spend a certain amount.

Works really well, easy to install, seems to stay in the HDMI socket better than other cables.

I've worked in IT and the gaming sector for years, and I have had to use dozens upon dozens of HDMI and DisplayPort cables. There are so many brands out there, and it's hard to find something that's quality and works well. It's hard to say as of now, but this cable works beautifully for my PS5 Pro. I used it to connect to my HW-Q990D soundbar, and it has had absolutely no issues handling 4K 120HZ, nor VRR or HDR. I did want the 6 feet version but there were none when I bought this. Still, I can say that as of now (May 4), it has worked wonderfully.
