Not much to say, perfect patch panel cables! Made in vietnam and are amazing quality. Nice and light weight and all of them have good connections. No rejects.

Really nice quality cables! But since they are so thin, they are not as durable, if you snag on one, it will pull out of the connector and you will need a new cable. Other than that, i have replaced all of my cables with these.

These cables are very easy to use and don't cost much and are very flexible.

No problem pushing 10Gb/s though the cable with the appropriate RJ45 hardware. Oh, yeah, nice colors.

The “5 pack” of these cables in 50 foot length did not come as five cables individually tie-wrapped in their own respective coils. The 50 foot cables in the 5 pack came as all five cables collectively coiled together as one single intermingled coil of all five cables. There was nothing physically separating any one cable from the next. It took me 20+ minutes to pull out a single cable for use in a manner that still left the remaining cables coiled together. If you plan to use all five cables at once then this is probably not a significant issue. If, however, you plan to use the 50 cables one at a time, then be forewarned about the manner in which they are sent to you. If you are ordering the 50 foot cables to be used one or two at a time in a commercial installation, or any other “time is money” environment, then you might want to investigate options other than the 5 packs. As a note, I also ordered a 5 pack of these same cables in the 2 foot length. These cables came with each of the five cables individually tie-wrapped and physically separated from one another.

UPDATE: I discovered the problem regarding why these cables are so hard to disconnect. In thew first picture, the flexible rubber tab is on top of the plastic spring loaded clip that holds the connector in place. This is the correct orientation. The second picture shows the rubber tab underneath the plastic tab and this is incorrect. It limits how far down you can press the plastic tab to disengage the connector. Based on this new info, I've changed my review to 5 stars and highly recommend these patch cables. My apologies to the vendor for the erroneous info that was initially posted. These patch cables are great electrically and have no impact whatsoever on the performance of my home network. However, they are EXTREMELY difficult to disconnect. There is something about how the clip is made to hold it in place that is causing this. These are the only cables I have issues with (I've tried several other cables and they all disengage just fine). Given that they normally don't get disconnected, I decided to keep them. However, if I had to swap out my 48 port switch or keystone patch panel, it would take me20 minutes or so to disconnect all my cables. If it were not for this issue, I'd have given this a five star rating.

I didn't read the description very well or I would have realized that these are not normal ethernet cables. They are very thin. Had I known that I would have worried that the small diameter would also make them more susceptible to kinking, and probablt wouild have bought another brand. I will need to be a little more careful than I would with a typical Cat6 cable. If they get tangled then pulling on them could cause the cable to kink and consequently break, but the reality is that their thinness made it very easy to route several of these along the edge of my desk using only small command hooks to keep them all in place. Using these cables, my network speeds are better than ever but that could also be due to the fact that I replaced my network switch at the same time. Bottom line: I wouldn't want to use these in an environment where they are being plugged in and unpluged repeatedly (like as a portable cable for a laptop, but if you are going to route them and then mostly leave them connected, then I would certainly recommend them.

The cables do what they're supposed to, while being very thin and highly flexible. This allowed me to run this cable inside of a cable channel to hide multiple wires. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have ten cables that come out from various locations in house to a few wall plates in my basement which I had standard ethernet cables going to my rack. I replaced with these 20' monoprice slimruns and it cleaned it up drastically and far easier to cable manage. These are so thin, like fiber cables!!! I ordered some 5' to clean up rest of equipment in rack and will then slowly replace cables in other areas of my house. There is far less weight to these so are great for a desk mount 8 port switch for example, where traditional style cables would tend to pull on the switch and more difficult to cable manage the slack.

Currently my favorite cables. Installed many of them within racks only. The reduced thickness helps with a cleaner looking installation.

The first cable tested seems to work perfectly. It takes a bit of time to separate the cables from each other; that's the only miniscule grumble I have; I guess it saves on twist ties (there were only 3 ties holding the five cables in one big coil.)

Switched to these slimrun ethernet cables in my field kit. I use these to connect my laptop to PLCs and other machine devices in industrial environments. These slimrun cables fit through gaps and tight spaces inside panels and through panel doors. They are significantly easier to coil up and store in a backpack. You can carry two or three in the same space and weight as a single standard size ethernet cable of the same length, and the price is very reasonable. I'm a fan.
