I have no idea what the other reviewer was on about, maybe they got a defective unit? This mount is very sturdy compared to other mounts I have used. The set screw for the clasp is not even necessary to secure the sleeve. I can literally put all my weight on the monitor without it slipping. I also appreciate that the desk clamp part has 3 sets of mounting holes so it can accommodate almost any desktop thickness.

The pipes of the mount are strong and sturdy. The elevation, tilt and yaw can be adjusted. The monitor mount can also be adjusted to support different sizes. They send a bunch of screws for different attachments. The really good this is the hollow pipes which allow the monitor and webcam cables to be routed from inside giving a clean look.

Very heavy and durable. Assembly was a breeze, I used the grommet to attach to my desk. Love that it has cable management. Can't beat this for the price. I will DEFINITELY recommend this to others.

First of all, the lever does not actually secure the clasp to the post. A set screw is included which is meant to help secure the clasp in place. However the set screw that comes with the unit is too short, so much so that it goes all the way through the clasp without tightening it to the post and doing its intended job. Then the monitor gets damaged because it slips down and bangs on your desk because nothing is tight enough to hold the clasp in place. Do not buy this!

La brazo viene en una caja de cartón sin ningún tipo de identificación pero en cuanto la coges notas el peso y se te quita el susto de que la caja vaya vacía. El brazo es relativamente sencillo de instalar en un monitor de 24", viene con varias llaves allen, tornillos, embellecedores y protectores para que no roce la mesa. A destacar el sistema de gestión de cables, lo pasas por la parte superior del tubo central y sale por abajo, la palanca para bloquear y desbloquear el enganche es una buena idea pero tiene 2 problemas: 1 si tienes el escritorio pegado a la pared roza, así que la tienes que poner de lado y 2 tienes que poner otro tornillo para asegurar esa pieza así que si lo quieres mover no es tan fácil como abrir y cerrar la palanca, tienes que aflojar el pequeño tornillo.
