Got this cord to replaced a damaged power cord due to a mishap during moving one of the repeater. The cord is well made and thick, my guess it's 10 gauge wire and so far it's been plugged in to a 100 watts repeater that runs 24/7 non stop. The cord was normal and didn't get warm. Power was consistent and it functions as described. Best of all it fits the receptacle on the repeater. Great cord and it works as described. No issues.

These power cables are very chunky and will easily handle the full rated 1875 watts.

Not much to add to my head line but I have used this manufactures products before and have never failed to be impressed for the money spent. This item continues this track record of bang for the buck. Very nice power cord.

Works and works GREAT , XINT power cable for high end audio (and certain xbox's). Thickness and build quality are top notch and a welcomed change from the smaller/thinner power cables . Lifetime warranty too from Monoprice is an added plus . ~ Highly recommend!

I bought this to replace the feeble 18 gauge, 3 foot long power cord that comes with the 6 quart Instant Pot. Needed a 6 foot long cord but in 14 gauge or heavier to safely handle the amperage of the Instant Pot's heating element on full blast. I'd have preferred 12 or even 10 gauge, but I haven't been able to find those with this style of female end connection so far. This cord is flexible enough that it's easy to coil up and store inside the pot, but still thick enough that I don't fear it overheating at this length under the maximum load the Instant Pot will draw. It stayed at room temperature (under 73 degrees Fahrenheit in a 72 degree room) all the way through the first 3 cooking cycles, monitored with a Klein IR1 thermometer. 14 gauge in open air in a climate controlled home, for the 1,000 watt 6 quart Instant Pot, calculates as safe for its 9 amp max load up to 18 feet long according to my Delmar's (2nd Ed.) so at 6 feet, I'm not concerned. Mind you, that's straight to a good outlet, on a modern circuit with 10 gauge Romex throughout, and I never use any additional extension cords. This is not technical advice; just my own observations from my own experience, informed by decades of home ownership, well-rounded use of my library card, and the fact that I've never tripped a breaker or set anything ablaze.

Seems fine. I wanted a longer cord to place my PC where I needed it without a cable being in the way. This longer cord allowed me to do that. No complaints.

This cord is what is needed for my Emeril Lagasse air fryer/pressure cooker. Get the right cord other cords may fit but are not rated for the amperage that this wonderful kitchen tool can draw. Be safe get the correct amperage cord and don’t worry about an inferior product melting or catching on fire. Be safe, protect your house and loved ones.

Essential when you need to plug in a block and don't have the room to do it. Appear to be well made.
