The silver nipple shield is a great product. Except one arrived damaged and doesn't fit the nipple properly. The one that does fit is great! Healed up a cracked and irritated nipple in a day. Would have been nice if they weren't so flimsy and thin.

Use these all day every day. They help my nipples not get dry/ cracked/ or irritated. These do pinch my skin every now and again but it doesnt bother me as much as having sore nipples would without them

The money you save by not having to buy any nipple cream makes this worth the price. I'm a first time mom, and the only pain I get is on first latch. No cracks, chaps, etc. and if baby gets a little too enthusiastic and makes me bleed a little bit, it's healed up in a few hours. These things are magic. Your nips may get a little bigger after nursing, so take that into account for size/fit. They show through your shirt and make you look a little like you have 80's Maddona cone boobs. You'll still need to wear a leak pad over the top, but that's to be expected.

I think it helps to stop cracked nipples but it pinches so painfully due to its edges being thin. I wish there was something they had to put around the edges. I tried cotton but it doesn't stick when you do that.
