We purchased this to pair with my teenage daughters computer desk. -The chair arrived in the scheduled time frame provided by Amazon. -The instructions were reasonably laid out on how to assemble the chair. -The assembly was straight forward and doesn't require much mechanical knowledge other than how to use simple tools such as Allen wrench. -Assembly was completed in lest than an half hour. -It's comfortable and stylish Side note: the design choice on one of the legs was interesting but understandable as it' allowed for the parts to ship on a smaller size box however I think that some might think that their unit might have arrived broken based on the initial appearance. A bright colored piece of paper or sticker with an advisory attached to the base might help avoid any unnecessary returns.

I’m extremely satisfied with this chair! Whether I’m working on my computer or doing crafts at my desk, it keeps me comfortable for hours. The sponge seating provides great support for my back and bottom, and the height adjustment is smooth and easy to use. The sleek black color complements any setup, whether it’s a home office like mine or a business workspace. Assembly was quick and hassle-free, thanks to the company’s helpful assembly video (perfect for visual learners like me). A nice bonus is the unique assembly tool that comes with the chair. It’s not only useful for putting the chair together but also handy for other projects, especially with so many requiring a Hex Allen tool these days.

The chair itself has a crack on the back rest (pictured). Nothing serious but, still, it arrived cracked. I pushed it back in place which at least hides the flaw. The back rest fabric seems really thin, but not uncomfortable. The seat cushion is pretty comfy, but I'm wondering how long before it flattens out. The arm rests are a little low for my tastes (~7.5" above the seat), but not a big deal and still pretty comfy. The locking mechanism to recline or not recline is functional, though I wouldn't lean back too far (for reference, I'm 5'9"/145 lbs). I also use this chair over carpet, it should be noted, so the wheels are going to be more stable/secure for me than for someone using this over hardwood or tile. In terms of construction, it was simple enough to put together. Took me less than an hour with a relatively easy-to-understand pictorial guide. All parts were included with a few marked as spares, just in case, which was nice. A broken piece (pictured) was loose somewhere in the box, which worried me at first, but it turned out I didn't need it for anything. When adding the wheels, no screws were needed as I just needed to push them in place. At first, I questioned the stability of that, but it seems they work well regardless. Overall, setup was simple enough, and the chair itself, though on the cheap end, does its job for simple usage and is pretty comfy. I'm able to recline back and prop my feet up when I'm just relaxing or reading, and I've even power napped in this chair once so far. For simple purposes, I like it, despite it arriving a little banged up, and the pastel pink, paired with the white framing, is aesthetically nice. 4 out of 5.

My chair arrived today and I was able to follow the instructions and put it together in about 20 minutes. The only thing I had trouble with was installing the casters. It said to push them in “strongly “ and apparently I’m not that strong. I finally used a rubber mallet and that worked. The chair was easy to adjust and very comfortable. Warning though…chair bottom is not as wide as my other chairs if this type. It fits me but it wouldn’t if I were much wider. Be sure to check measurements if width is a concern. I didn’t want an “officy” looking chair and this one fits my decor perfectly.

Click to play video I mainly got the chair for its looks and price value. The design and color are really nice, but I can't say the same for the design in terms of assemblage. The instructions were very clear, no issues there, but the actual assembling was pretty painful. Make sure to have another set of hands and something to hammer with. I managed to put 3/5 of the wheels in with my bare hands, but the last 2 were actually impossible, had to hammer them in so be prepared. The hammering wasn't so bad, make sure you hit the black part and not the wheels or it'll get destroyed. The painful part was the screwing. None of the screw holes lined up and I needed an extra pair of hands to push and hold them together to line up. As per the picture, the design of the holes is terrible. Why put a thinner oval shape to put the screw through when the hole is a circle. The screw didn't fit and if you force it, it'll destroy the plastic handle. That's why they gave a washer I guess, but when the holes already don't line up, putting a washer that prevents vision of where you're screwing made the process extremely difficult. You can assemble it given some time, but it was really unnecessarily difficult for no reason. I have assembled more complicated office chairs in less time. In terms of comfort, the chair is okay. The cushion isn't super plush, but it does offer support and you can easily put a cushion on top. The seat itself isn't too big if you like to sit criss-cross, but it still works somewhat for me with my knees protruding (5'3", 120lb) Other than that, the office chair works well. Update: I have come back a year later of using this chair to just say it's not a comfortable chair and I wish I have invested in a better chair for comfort. If you plan to sit on it often, it will definitely give you back pain in the long run and have you feel stiff after long hours on it. Maybe it just isn’t catered to my sitting positions as it doesn’t support the right areas for me. I will be looking to upgrade my chair and just use this one as a spare.
