Works great! Used it on a trip so my wife could do some work from home stuff. Worked really well for being in the move! Was able to plug in an Ethernet cable and run it straight to her setup. Can be a little laggy depending on where you are and your connection but overall it’s worked really well for our purposes!

Misleading picture, the actual unit came with AT&T branding Misleading that it is stated to be "unlocked" it comes with a sticker giving me an "unlock code" to try - i do not have time to troubleshoot unlocking it myself with a code. The IMEI was rejected by verizons website when i tried to add it as a device The price has changed dramatically twice since i bought it a little over a day ago. I bought it for 130, it is not worth the hassle.

I brought this so I can be able to keep up with my school work while traveling. The price is about $100 cheaper than a new one so I knew there would be some damage; however, there was more scratches and chip paint then I expected. I purchased a prepaid SIM that uses T-mobile towers and placed it in there. I have used a tablet streaming a movie, cell phone and two laptops and no lag or buffering. Please do your research on what towers are the strongest in the area before selecting a carrier and buying a SIM card. I read somewhere that AT&T and T-mobile work the best though. The instructions can be a little confusing if you are not tech savvy. Don’t bother downloading the Nighthawk App as the M1 is not supported through the app. I use the IP address and was able to change the name and password (strongly suggest you change from the default). According to my laptop the signal strength was about 80%; however, it is raining and there are a lot of trees around me so I feel like that’s a pretty good strength for the area I’m currently in.

Mine like so many others did not come unlocked. I was about to return it when i found the unlock code on a sticker on the side of the box. Once i did a factory reset i could login and enter the unlock code. Once unlocked it worked as expected. Once problem i'm having is the the device won't run without the battery. It will charge but the rate seems to be reduced. When i examine the USB-c port closely i see green corrosion on the terminal. Being a refurbished product i would expect that it would have been cleaned or replace the charging port. With all the poor reviews im not going to return it will just live with it needing the battery. Otherwise good hotspot works well on my Verizon plan even without Verizon's LTE band 13 coverage. I have seen it use Band 2 and Band 66 often (last week i have had it)

This did not last two months and died. It was returned and I was charged a restocking charge. Must be putting it back on the shelf to sale again. I would recommend you stay away from this product.

I followed the instructions and had it set up and working in 20 minutes without the help of an IT guy
