My landlord has his car here for storage but needs it every now and then. I was about to take it out to keep the fluids going and found out the cars dead. Tried a different but popular brand battery charger maintainer and after a jump start. Let it charge overnight. Woke up to try it again and found out it was dead still. Got this shipped same day and immediately it started charging the battery without needing the force charge. Let it sit overnight and surprised the performance was much better. Yes it's slowly charging (box says 30 hours or more) but the connectivity is reliable and strong. Temperature I noticed was warm but not hot. And checked on it again and saw the indicator went to above a quarter charged which is already much better. Small and powerful, it will charge batteries from dead but it is a slow charge. Very much value for money when it is on sale but it works so well I'm going to use it on my weekend car that sits in the garage or maybe buy a second one because it works so well and has options for other kinds of batteries!

I like this product it really helped restore my car battery. Which was down to about 4 volts from sitting in my car, which is garaged all winter. It takes a little time to fully charge. A few hours , But the battery now seems to be holding at 12.8 volts. It's a good maintainer for my classic car.

Updated on 9/26/2021: I recently bought AXTRA car battery charger maintainer, and it works well for 6 volt and 12 volts AGM batteries. Price is better than NOCO 2. However, the portability with NOCO is better. I don’t need to carry this car battery to travel so size doesn’t matter at all. I attached a few pictures to compare them side by side. Both car battery charger are great to maintain 12 volt battery. NOCO battery charger fully charged my car battery. I parked my car at my front yard during quarantine and the battery was very low so I used it to charge the battery. Too bad the power cord couldn’t reach to an AC outlet from the house so that I have to use with 9 food long cord AXTRA power strip to deal with the battery charger. This unit simply makes the charger itself sit nicely under the hood with included mounting strap. NOCO battery charger and maintainer combo come in at a budget price with some advanced, smart features to protect the battery, your vehicle and possibly yourself. As a result, this is a good maintainer option to consider if you want something that takes away the danger and challenge of bringing an automotive battery back from the dead.
