3mg of this is perfect.. helps me stay asleep once I am down. I tend to wake up after a while, but this helped me sleep to my normal time. Nice cherry taste and seems to work fast. I also enjoy that it induces dreams.. which I love as a side effect. Some people may not appreciate the dreams, but I do.

No idea if it really has Melatonin, but at least taste is inoffensive. Dissolves quickly under the tongue. Edited to correct star rating (defaulted to one star for some reason).

A maioria das melatoninas nacionais possuem uma apenas 0,2 mg de melatonina por cápsula, o que é muito pouco. Eu uso 6 mg por noite, logo era inviável para mim. Já esta melatonina do anúncio me atendeu muito bem, tomo duas cápsulas por noite e tenho uma noite de descanso muito reparativa.
