I started taking this B Complex because I'm a vegetarian and I wasn't eating the right way so my hair started falling out really heavily. My doctor recommended that I take a different brand of B Complex with Vitamin C but I chose this because it's vegetarian. It gives me energy, it's a helping my depression and focus. The only con is that it smells and tastes so bad that I called the company and the nice lady said she doesn't know why. I would like to know the reason for this. This is a great quality vitamin product and I recommend it.

I love the strength of these B's. I guess they all have that strong smell and that heavy yellow color, that's my experience with the B vitamins, anyway. I try to take these early in the day as I do think they can give me extra energy if I take them too late. I am very satisfied with the quality and price, as well.

You get a good number of tablets for the money. They do have a smell to them, and I was about to return them. I did some research and discovered that this is normal. Hasn't caused any stomach issues, and they are very easy to swallow.

Never have an issue with this vitamin brand! Super B is so important for so many bodily functions; brain, blood, energy etc...B vitamins are water soluble, meaning our bodies do not absorb them. I definitely feel less brain fog and more energy taking my Super B vitamins. Especially good for those who have gut absorption issues, where your body has issues pulling essential nutrients for proper body function-colitis, chrohns disease. I do not have that issue, but my mom does and developed Alzheimer's, B12 deficiency , went for injections to see if it would help her brain, but it was too late. Want to make sure my brain health is never an issue!
