I'm guessing those who had issues missed some basic setup steps. Here's my experience, and I hope it helps others. I connected the camera to one of the two USB ports on the back of the Mini. I have a USB hub for other components, but I plugged the camera directly into the computer. I then tried FaceTime and Zoom, and the camera worked, although the image appeared very grainy, especially for a 1080P unit. I did a reboot, but that didn't help. I then went to the Emeet website to figure out how to adjust the image quality. I downloaded their EMEETLINK software for Mac. Once installed, the image quality improved. I could use the software to change things such as sharpness, contrast, and white balance. I still don't consider it crystal clear 1080P, but it's good enough for video chats. Low-light performance is lacking. The other reason I got a webcam was to use Siri because the Mac Mini doesn't have a microphone. I went into settings to enable Siri and Location Services so that Siri would be more productive and accurate. Hitting the Siri button caused the microphone icon to appear at the top of the screen, and Siri worked. The C960 is a solid little webcam for the money that works fine with the Mac Mini M1 as long as you download the EMEETLINK software. I would not recommend this to anyone looking to do podcasts or YouTube videos. For that, use the iPhone and Continuity Camera feature built into the Mac, or get a higher-end 4k cam. But if you want a simple camera and microphone for the Mac Mini, this is a solid choice for the money.

The first one I ordered was scrambling the image randomly, sometimes for 10 to 15 seconds and sometimes never stopped scrambling the image and I had to switch to my laptop camera and then immediately switch back to NexiGo webcam, and it would be fine. Thinking that this was a hardware issue with the first one I received, I ordered a second piece, but it has the same issue of scrambling image randomly. I would have given it a 2 star or 1 star for this, but when it works properly, image quality and sharpness at the edges of letters and numbers, even on small fonts on projected screen, is un-matched by any of the other 4 webcams of other brands that I ordered, to see if any of them matches the NexiGo. Unfortunately none of them did. Since there are no webcams in the price range I tried that comes even close to NexiGo's image quality, I am keeping the second piece and returning all the other 5 bad webcams. In the last few days I am noticing that even the 1 NexiGo webcam piece I have decided to keep, starts freezing the image randomly !! and I have to switch to my laptop webcam and then immediately back to NexiGo webcam to get it to work properly again !!!!

Generally very good quality, and the included software let's you easily zoom and pan as needed. One thing I noticed: it operates in "wide angle" mode, meaning it appears to have a fisheye lens so, for instance, a flat wall behind you looks like it's curving away from you on both sides. Otherwise, excellent quality video and audio.

This webcam is affordable and absolute quality. I use for Zoom, Skype, Teams etc in working from home. It provides a fantastic picture and sound quality to do so. The company also provide at no cost an extended warranty AND free software for if you wish to adjust any camera settings. That set the camera plugged in and set up no problems and the default settings were perfect. They also have a great website and unlike Logitech they actually seek to please and want to hear from you and ensure you have all the assistance you need to derive the full benefit of the product. I am now throwing out my Logi C920 & C922, neither of which ever worked for me and encourage anyone to use NexiGo as everything from start to finish was provided and they truly appear to want your business and ensure you have a great experience. Esta bien. No queda totalmente fija en donde la pones ya que no tiene soporte. Cuidado si la mueves sin querer pue esta se caera. El tripie es inútil realmente no sirve. Actualización Lo compré para dar clases en pandemia hoy 2023 oficialmente no sirve el contra peso. Ya es completamente inútil debo ponerle cinta adhesiva para que se mantenga en su lugar.
