I would give this product 6+ stars if I could. Says refurbished but arrived looking like it's never even been used. The versatility is exactly what I need and it's so easy to switch between functions. I bought this to replace 3 other machines that all did separate things- regular brew pot, Verismo for pods, and another awesome Ninja for single serve without pods. Now I have it all in one space saving device!! Works like a dream too. Not a single issue with it yet. It's fast, it's hot, and and every cup is delicious and perfect. A bigger water reservoir would be nice, but no machine has a big enough one in my opinion lol Highly recommend this product! Great quality for a reasonable price

This “renewed” coffee maker was like new. It works great and I received a complimentary 2 year extended warranty. How can I go wrong. I saved 40 dollars and got a warranty better than the manufacturer.

Click to play video Makes great coffee. It’s been a little bit of a learning curve since I prefer 12 oz, and want the warming plate to stay on. I just have to switch it to half caraf n press the warm button for my preference. Also, had to recalibrate because coffee wasn’t as hot as I’d like. My refurbished, like new maker… I would assume… everywhere would be a higher altitude than Texas! Worked perfectly! Helps to read instructions. Only draw back, is opening the lid. It’s tight but something tells me, that’s why it makes great coffee. I recommend purchasing the stainless steel #4 permanent filter. Refurbished saved me $50 n not a scratch, dent, works perfect n better warranty than buying brand new!
