For the past 20 years, or so, I've used Bullet blenders to use for single serve smoothies. When the Bullet first came out, it were the only one of it's type. Each one only lasted about 5 to 7 years, so I've had 3 over that time. With each one I've had to replace various parts that either broke or wore out. The plastic pieces that you insert the cup into get damaged over time and can't be replaced. I decided to get something a bit more powerful and robust. I would have preferred it if it was only $99 instead of $120, but the difference only comes to a penny or two a day, so the cost difference is only really psychological when you place your order. Pros: Generous sized cup compared to the bullet. Handles the ingredients that had maxed out in my bullet Powerful, blends smoothies in just a few seconds, a fraction of the time of the bullet Robust design making it much easier to use, and probably last longer, than the Bullet. Easier to keep clean than the bullet. Can work as a normal blender Cons: Fairly noisy. However, it's on for less than 5 seconds so it's not a big deal Pricey for a single serve smoothie blender. However, it only really comes down to a penny or two a day, and it gives you the option to use as a regular blender when needed. I am extremely happy with the purchase.

Pros: • Extremely powerful. • The presets vary the blade speeds and move materials appropriately without the need to manually pulse, this works surprisingly well. • The lid creates a vacuum and therefore doesn’t aerate liquids such as milk. Unexpected but pleasant discovery. • The rotating lid does push materials down into the blade very effectively. Cons: • Unbelievably loud. I’ve often wondered If I was damaging my hearing by using it. Think old palm sander 18 inches from your ear. • If you don’t fully utilize the liquid and solid fill limits, the unit is significantly louder. When it’s full with both solids and liquids, its much quieter. • The unit vibrates even when secured and could potentially cause excessive wear to the rubber blade housing when it meshed with the motor. Therefore, I hold it still when using it which requires both hands. As a result, I put earplugs in. • Sometimes the lid locking mechanism doesn't seem to latch properly or feels a little loose or comes loose when I turn the top part of the unit to push materials down but I always have my hand on the lid for safety and catch it right away. • Water from washing or other Liquids can get trapped inside the lid making it smell musty. There are internal areas you cannot clean or reach because they are inside the lid housing the rotational components. • Manufacturer site claims BPA free Tips: • You’ll probably always be tempted to remove the lid while the pitcher is attached to the base for one reason or another when you are done making something. Don’t do that, it’ll always result in a mess. Wait for the cycle to finish or the motor to fully stop. Remove the pitcher first then open the lid over the sink because material will always slide off the prongs attached to the lid. Despite these minor drawbacks, I’ve been using it twice a day since my purchase and haven’t had a single issue. Best kitchen purchase I’ve made in a long time.

Works great! And definitely great for the price. Blades are tough and can be used from making sauces to crushing ice. I make smoothies, sauces, eggs, etc in it. I love that both a single serve and the pitcher come with it.

Fantastic blender, with plenty of power for various drinks and recipes. I initially started out with a “Nutribullet” blender, and had been using them for several years, until I noticed that the quality control was lacking. They started requiring that I replace the blades every six months or so, and to me that seemed ridiculous. So I switched to the “ninjaL and i am so glad i did. The Ninja has a tremendous amount of power for any of my blending needs, for the same price, more or less of a Nutribullet. I would definitely recommend this blender, especially at the price its being offered for on Amazon.

Investigue muchísimo en internet y descubrí que fuera de las vitamix y otras ninja más caras con vasos grandes, esta es la más poderosa del mercado. Vi unos videos y me convenció aunque estaba esperando a encontrarla económica y si me ahorre un buen dinero por esperar la oferta. se siente de super calidad, ensambla perfecto, los sellos se sienten super bien y todo ha funcionado a la perfección. El hielo lo muele bien e incluso si te pasas en un smoothie es tan fuerte que manda todo hacia arriba aunque no lo muela de un jalón. Hice salsa, licuados, smoothies y si pulveriza a otro nivel, la textura es notable. Fuera de que se me rompan los vasos solo temo porque falle el motor o lo electrónico al maneja altos voltajes pero se ve super bien hecha y nunca le echaré cosas bien calientes. Quedé sumamente contento con mi compra y eso que he usado vitamix para hacer cientos de frappes en varios trabajos, esta es la mejor opción para una casa y vale totalmente la pena si la encuentras de oferta. Es tan poderosa que extraño un poco la textura de algunas salsas verdes hechas con licuadoras desafiladas jaja, pero si de eso se tratara ya mejor me las hago a molcajete. Si no necesitas moler cantidades enormes constantemente yo te recomiendo este modelo, en especial si eres fan de los smoothies y las aguas de fruta como yo. Procurare actualizar en el futuro mi reseña.

I bought this product from Amazon UK and the price was in GBP. It took awhile to arrive, but it was just what i was looking for. After opening it up and seeing an American plug, i realised that it wouldn't work in the UK with specialist transformers. The selling has wasted my time, effort and money (still waiting for a refund). If you live outside of the US, do not buy this.
