*Update, contacted seller and he thought it was the power adapter. He rushed me a new adapter in time for Christmas. It works! Thank you! The Wii won’t turn on. Tried multiple outlets and nothing. Emailed seller yesterday to see if I can get it replaced before Christmas. Haven’t heard back. Will update when I do. Also, just a tip for those lucky enough to get a working console, if you have a smart TV, you will need a Wii to HDMI adapter. First time purchasing an item through Amazon’s Refurbished program. It arrived packed well, in a HelloFresh box. Upon unboxing it was apparent that the item was not in “Like New” or even “Good” condition. It looked as if someone had pulled it out of their basement after sitting for 10 years. It was dirty, the remotes yellowing and scratched, one missing a lens. They were sticky and the buttons were crunchy. It did include a rechargeable battery pack and stand which was as advertised, and the only item “Like New”. I essentially had to refurbish the other items myself. There were carpet beetle larvae husks in the disk slot and the ports were covered in grime and dirt. The nunchucks were in “Moderate” condition, also seemingly untouched from storage. It turns on and for the first 6-10 hours of use has seemingly no issues internally. However, after the 3rd week of light use, it began having issues reading disks when first put in the console and has began crashing once booted up and in game. I know they source these products through different “refurbishment” companies so your order result may vary, but it was not a good experience and felt like an all around scam.

Everything came in excellent shape and works perfect, especially for being refurbished. Great price for the whole set, I love it.

Work great had no problems with anything

First let me say the equipment came in excellent condition, although they did leave a wrist strap out, and had to tape one of the accessories flaps shut as it wouldn't stay shut on it's own. The Wii worked with no problem. I did have to contact the seller, they responding quickly, but claimed they couldn't find the ticket, not good. the controller's were not connected to the Wii, it seems that is on you for not taking the time to do it, at least put some paperwork in there telling people that, are better yet take the few seconds it took to connect the controller's to the Wii. It still bothers me that you can't FIND the order number, that means if I had an actual problem I would have got the run around. Not good. Therefore that is why just 4 stars. Very good looking Wii and accessories, just dropped the ball on a few simple things that could prevent having to contact a seller that it seems can't keep up with who bought what from them.

Be careful with this product it’s refurbished and the one that I bought couldn’t connect to WiFi it wouldn’t update so it would play the game disc so basically I just donated money for a game that didn’t work I learned a valuable lesson I will never purchase another refurbished product without having a opportunity to test it myself

The Wii is still the best interactive game ever. Nintendo needs to bring it back. I still love playing it, it burns off weight like ozempic 😄. If your in Recovery it's the perfect keep busy mode for you. I recommend Wii to any stay at home parent, person in recovery, or student who wants interactive fun for real and enjoys us their imagination.

La consola y sus accesorios funcionan perfectamente. Solo una de las baterías no carga bien pero es una paquete de baterías con cargador que en realidad no se necesita porque originalmente los controles se usaban con pilas AA. En conclusión es casi perfecto
