Great lunch bag. Perfect size and quality. The zipper pocket in front is great too.

Perfect bag to hold my insulin and diabetic supplies, along with adding frozen bags to keep my insulin cold. Very happy with this purchase. And I liked the design and color.

I don't have any complaints, though I have not used this product to keep things cold or hot yet, I can leave a review on how I've received it. The pencil is for reference. The base is roomier than I thought, which I really like. It seems flexible. On some parts the stitching is kind off but that doesn't worry me. I only care about functionality & this seems very sturdy. Also the weird smell will go away within a day or two if you let it air out. But it it bothers you, because when unwrapping it, the smell is pretty strong, you can throw it in the wash. I wouldn't label this cheap at all, I have a feeling it will last. You can also register it for a lifetime warranty so if they're confident that it should last l, I believe it.

I bought this lunch-bag for my wife. We already own a Built neoprene lunch-bag that we both like. This one looked nearly identical, but my wife preferred the Nordic by Nature colors. The following comments are from my wife. When I opened the lunchbox package, included were two large postcards. The first had information about the bag which included the following instructions: "We recommend you wash before initial use. The smell can be strong in the beginning, but will dissipate when used." When stopped laughing, I looked for washing instructions (for the bag - not me). There weren't any. There also wasn't any tag inside the bag to indicate how it should be washed. I went ahead and washed it on gentle cycle and then dried it in the sun. It still smells a bit, but it's not overpowering. My point, though, is that if you're going to advise customers to wash (the product) before use, it would be good to provide some washing instructions. The same card touted an "easy-open zipper." In fact, the zipper stuck repeatedly in a spot about two inches from its end. I decided it was something I could live with, and after washing the bag, the zipper seems to close more smoothly. The second card included with the lunch-bag had a note from someone named Camilla Kastberg, who identifies herself as one of the Nordic by Design founders. In her note, Ms. Kastberg states, "If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to reach out to me...if you feel there is something we can do better, please let me know." Well, I did feel that it would have been better to have included those washing instructions somewhere. And for a bit, I contemplated reaching out to Ms. Kastberg. However, while she invites contact from customers in her note, Ms. Kastberg fails to include any contact information such as a customer service number or email address. As a result, I'm sharing my comments here, in a public forum, rather than sharing them with Ms. Kastberg directly. Thanks.

Love neoprene lunch bags.Machine washable and last forever. However the style I bought was smaller thank expected. The sizes seem to vary with the style so I would check the dimensions. I love it and use it. Just not as much because it is smaller.

This bag has been really good so far. I like the material and stitching, there's lots of room for food, and the bag isn't too huge.

Absolutely LOVE these insulated sets!! I bought one, then another, then two more over the course of several months. The bags are the perfect size to keep sandwiches cool for picnic lunches, or ice for mixed picnic drinks, and small enough to allow one to organize and compartmentalize them within a backpack for day-hikes or bike rides. The insulated bottle holders work awesome, too! I have a pair of non-insulated stainless steel water bottles, and use the insulated sleeves on them when bicycling. I fll the metal bottles with ice and throw them in the freezer the night before; add water an hour before I ride, then back in the freezer, they come out as I step, I put the sleeves on them, and carry them on my back in pockets on the back of my biking jersey. The insulated sleeve keeps them from transferring heat from me to the bottle, and vice verse, plus keeps them from forming condensation. Example: recent 20- mile bike ride in AZ on a 80-degree day. Departed 10 AM, road three hours with stops with the bottles in my back, and also opened a few times, then late lunch at 3 PM: and still ice in the uninsulated bottles with these sleeves on! So I'm a fan! So great gift and use for those who picnic or need to keep things cool for lunch away; and those who like water bottles but don't have vacuum-insulated ones.my only wish: more colorful exteriors vs so many black ones.

Great for work. Keeps food and drink cool even without an ice block

It is pretty and the size is good, definitely sufficient for a normal lunch box and snacks but the insulation is relatively bad. It doesn't keeps food warm for more than 3hours! Haven't used it for cold food yet, but I reckon it wouldn't isolate it as much either.
