This is a great little baking sheet. It's quite a bit heavier than the usual, which is very important to me. I haven't tried cleaning it yet, but it's aluminum so I'm assuming it will clean pretty nicely. The rack is a perfect fit and I can't wait to bake some cookies on it. I also might use it for bacon because it would be really good for draining fat and sometimes I put bacon in the oven. If you get it just right, it's really wonderful

This is a fantastic pan for a toaster oven. It is the perfect size for my Calphalon oven, and the included rack is very nice. It cleans easily, and still looks brand new after a month of moderate use. I wish the rack was safe above 450 degrees, but that's a minor complaint. This is MUCH better than the Cuisinart pan I used previously. Highly recommended, especially for the reasonable price.

This worked perfect for my first Jelly Roll. Washes up easy, feels nice and sturdy. Hubby used it for bacon and it worked great for that too. Baked up nicely.

I have time in my mornings, but never have much time by the end of the day so after I make our breakfasts in the morning, I get a head start and prep as much as I can for dinner. I bought 3 of these to use as prep trays and they are just great for that. There are 2 (sometimes 3) in our household and these trays are a great size for that volume. Most of the time, I use these for vegetable prep, but I also use them for my proteins. Proteins can sit in seasonings or marinades, or just rest after being cleaned or cut. What's nice about using it for proteins, is that if roasting or baking, I don't even have to transfer to (and dirty) another pan. The pan can go straight from the refrigerator right into the oven. These are thick enough that they conduct and retain heat and do not warp at all. I also like that the edges of these are rolled and don't flare out. What this means is that they stack very well and are very space efficient. I looked at several other pans of the same size that have flared handholds on the sides. Though convenient, these flared handles take up space in the refrigerator and make them a little more cumbersome to store. I haven't thrown these into the dishwasher (I understand they discolor in the dishwasher), but a few minutes of soaking makes quick work of anything baked on. Slight scratches have appeared, but nothing that's more than aesthetic.

These work well for improvising air fryer effect in large convection toaster ovens. The grid elevates food into airflow crisping breading and reducing need to flip food while cooking. These have gotten a bit lighter (225g) vs (430g) but they are still plenty heavy compared to the flimsies that come with many large toaster ovens. These pans are 12x9 so not a great match to cover with regular sized (10.75" foil). There aren't many quality 10x9 pans which are otherwise perfect size for covering with foil, heating 1-2 servings in toaster oven. Pros - Heavy enough to distribute heat and cook evenly. Meat splatters less than a thin pan. - Fits large convection toaster ovens and converts to air fryer Cons - Not exact match to cover with either regular or wide foil without a lot of overlap/waste

Purchased this combo with the sole intention of making bacon in the oven (cold start). Both the pan and wire rack clean easily, and overall, they both feel really durable.

I have never been more happy with a kitchen purchase! These smaller sized pans are SO versatile and easy to use/clean. The best part is the metal grate has no play whatsoever! Nice to finally be using a quality products that doesn’t warp upon first contact with temps over 100°. I’ve bought more since and will continue to use daily.

Good pan, but wrong dimensions W - 45.5cm., L -33cm. Too bad it did not fit my oven by 2cm.

I've used it a few times for cookies and making pita breads, the ones that puff up like a pocket in a high temp oven for short period. It hasn't warped and was easy to clean each time, still looks as good as new.

I love the Quarter sheet pan, such a handy size and very easy to keep clean. Not so in love with the Non-stick rack/grid as it's only oven-safe to 200 C (400 F) whilst the sheet-pan is oven-safe to 260 C (500 F). The one thing that I am really pleased about is the sheet-pan doesn't warp in a hot oven, that's a big bonus to me, and the fact it comes with a lifetime warranty.
