This ice maker is great not to big and not to small! Very quiet but produces ice quickly and the bin will stay full and frozen overnight. It is definitely worth the money. Recommended 10 out of 10.

I have an ice maker in my fridge, but takes forever, and my household loves ice! A friend of mine has this same machine, so I made sure to get the same. It produces nugget sized ice quickly, and a massive amount of it daily. Which is good, cause my other ice maker can't keep up, and I got tired of running out. I bought this one cause it can keep up! Was able to keep up with 4 people easily, and still have some in the bucket! Comes with a scoop. Its got a self cleaning mode, so I know it will keep things fresh and clean. The ice it makes isn't hard on your teeth, for ice chewers like myself. It's not that loud when it's running. You can leave on, or turn off at night. It makes so much ice, you can even store some in your freezer! It's not to heavy, small enough to be portable, take to a party or something. This thing is worth every penny!!

Ive been in and out of the ER for stomache issues and all I get if I am lucky are ice chips. This makes "chewable" nugget ice in minutes. The chewable I believe is just the small size. There is no setting for different cube. Ive been getting cups of ice at fast food or gas station as I waited for this to come. Yuck taste tap water ice. Now I have fiji ice to suck on and when it melts its just good fiji. (Update - I only filled up the reserve tank of water. You can overfill the reserve tank. You cant overfill the main tank. So its kind of reversed. So you can set it up for a full cache of ice) This is perfectly capable of providing 1 person 1 full cup of ice leaving the ice basket in and just constantly work on more. Every 5-10 mins i can hear a couple dozen tiny cubes slide out. If you want to fill up the basket with ice it will probably take some refills on water, and some time to be ready for a few people to party at once. When those cubes melt it goes back into making ice again. I been using fiji, but if you use hard tap water, this will build up. There is a cleaning water cycle. But you can reach inside two water banks for hand cleaning.

Ice machine worked fine for about two weeks. Stopped working. Started a return. Started working kept it. Now it has not worked for two days. I have unplugged it. Cleaned it. Re plugged it in. Would not buy this product again.

Makes ice quick and keeps longer than expected does stop up quick but label says to shake basket every 20minutes. Good product.

This is a great nugget ice maker. It does make a noise so we donât run it all the time. It makes a lot of ice really quick. Make sure to run the clean cycle when you first get it. It takes the metallic taste out. Nugget ice makes a drink taste better.

Ice machine works great and is a great value. However, I was looking for ice like from the hospital. This is not what I wanted, but my need is too urgent and cannot wait for an exchange. I do use the machine daily and I would potentially be happier with another.. these pieces of ice are small squares, not cylinder round tubes. Hope this helps
