So I actually originally bought this for my RV because we would spend a lot of time there in Summer with family and I figured this would be perfect for having BBQ’s. We now have the machine in our home kitchen and we are making good use of the ice! Came right in handy, the ice was the perfect size for my partners cocktails, kids love it with their soda and I used it to fill up my ice bucket to keep my beer cool! Ice in 6-7 minutes is CORRECT and we are obsessed with the quality of the ice. Really nice overall design and fits perfectly on the kitchen countertop. Really good price and well worth the cost that we have purchased another one for the RV. Looking forward to making some cocktails in the hot weather! The cup is a great free add on, would have purchased an extra cup! Extremely light weight and comes with handle so easy to lift around and bring outside if needs be. Has a very low sound but this is expected if a machine is in use but it is advertised as ‘low noise’ and ‘hums quietly’ so was not misleading, the low noise did not bother us anyway. Easy to clean with the self cleaning mode and easy to take apart and do a deep clean! Great purchase and will definitely be used daily

I'm absolutely thrilled with our new nugget ice maker! It has a sleek design that fits perfectly in my kitchen without taking up too much space! Very good quality and color goes with our other appliances. It starts making ice in just 6 minutes, which is fantastic as we had guests over for dinner and had continuous ice. While it's not a fridge or freezer, it does keep the ice frozen for a while. We found that putting batches of ice in sandwich bags, laying them flat, and storing them in the freezer worked perfectly. Plus, we stored some in our insulated cups in the fridge as the ice melts very slowly! The nugget ice itself is exactly as advertised: chewable! Both the adults and the kids in our family love it. The included reusable cup has been such a handy addition; goes well with my iced coffee in the morning and I bring it to work in my reusable cup. I’d love to see the option to buy additional cups. All in all, this ice maker is a perfect addition to our kitchen, and I couldn't be happier!

So far so good, make the exact ice that I wanted and ice doesn't melt as fast as some other machines I had. I can hear the machine a little but not enough to disturb me. Very easy to use, water capacity is a little small have to fill more often than my other machine. So far I like this icemaker will update in a month.

First off, the product packaging was very detailed and product was extremely well packaged. The product was well protected so unless someone tried really hard to break it, it will come in perfect condition! Apart from the product looking good on eye with its compact design. It actually did start making ice in minutes, it takes about 45 minutes to fully fill up the basket but that works for me, it automatically turns off when its full but I moved the ice to the freezer and kept it running. Great having a continuous supply of ice! Very low noise as stated, couldn’t hear it from the other room so not distracting at all! Ice was delicious, soft and chewable, can’t complain there! Machine has self cleaning option so that was a gift, I just drained the water over sink from the plug at base and dried the inside, simple! Would definitely recommend! Worth the 5 stars!

Would highly rate this ice maker! Looks good and it works perfectly! Doesn’t take long for ice to start making, 6 mins and then about 35-40 mins to fill up basket and has a quick turnaround for refilling which took around 15-20 minutes so it is perfect for having few friends over for drinks! I couldn’t justify spending a fortune on an ice maker so this one was in my budget and is most definitely worth more; really good quality, compact design, lightweight, fast production, chewable, soft ice…what more could you want?! Would suggest using the ice as you go along or moving it to the fridge or freezer so you can keep the machine running. But if you leave it to melt it will just reuse the water to make more ice, really convenient! I like the branding on the machine and the reusable cup, very classy! And was a bonus to get a free cup, who doesn’t love a freebie! Bought another machine for my sister as I know her and her kids will appreciate this! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Was a bit sceptical at first as I bought a different branded ice maker in the past and it didn’t live up to the description. But I bit the bullet and decided to try the nugget ice maker. Safe to say this DID live up to the description and beat my expectations! I’m really into my smoothies so the video sold it for me! Had continuous ice throughout the day and not to mention the free reusable cup that I now use for my smoothies, perfect in size and I also really like the logo! Very catchy! The basket removes easily and drains the water off before removing the ice. The scoop fits perfectly in the basket and you can keep the scoop in the hanger on the back so you don’t lose it! Easy to drain the water from the machine at the bottom and just an easy over all machine to clean! What I like is that if you let the ice in the basket melt eventually it will just become the water in the water reservoir and then can be reused again when you start up the machine! Ice itself was as described and I love how small it is! This ice maker is becoming a part of my every day use…was a good choice to buy.
