Click to play video Great bed cover that fits my F150. Easy to install. Looks great as it seals up nicely to the edge of the bed. Very quiet as it folds and has held up through rain storms. I’m excited for this purchase.

I bought this cover for my new (to me) 2017 F150. I have a 6.5ft bed and got the quad fold. The installation was fairly easy, with a really good anchoring system in the front and sides. It looks great and I have had very little leakage when it rains or goes through the car wash. We did not need to use the extra foam seals as the ones that are on the cover are sufficient to keep the bed dry.

Great cover for the price point. Many other covers are over $500. This has a great fit with the gasket and adjustable clamps. Install took only 20mins after unboxing. Once set right, unfolding is quick and easy. I took one star off because near the cab, the corners do not seal tightly, leaving a slight gap that is sure to let water in when driving in the rain. (Photo attached - you can see the light gap from inside the bed). I tried adjusting it to fix this but I am not sure why they have that gap still. Looks great, but I didn't expect it to be perfect fit for the price

When package arrives, package is banded along with brown masking tape protecting banding so banding does not come off. Has quick release tabs on banding or you can cut if off, use caution. First thought my order was a return but I was mistaken, brand new. Use thicker trim piece for truck frame, cut to suit and use thinner trim for side rails. I made mistake running thicker piece from end to end. Which had credit card size height gap.. Cut thinner trim to match outside of tonneau cover and trim, took off truck, for a cpeaner look. Adhesive is satisfactory, after installation it is compressed. Use rubber gasket, shaped like a tube, connected to underside of cover to align cover on rails - run it so that gasket is between two rails raised contours for perfect parrallel alignment. Adjustment of locking mechanism near tail gate takes time. As you adjust height by turning mechanism then you to manipulate the handle as it hits the truck side wall. Tri fold is super tight, when I was opening it today the center section lifted as I was opening the rear section rrom the back. Had to force, gently, the crease so it would bend. Would recommend and buy again. Use the gasket on the cover for parallel rail alignment then adjust back of bed to tailgate length adjustments. As I just installed 3/4" hotse mat rubber bed liner I crawled inside ned and tightened everything up on far end and then did the last two fasteners near tail gate avoiding folding it up possibly messing up alignment. Highly recommend at this price point. There are a few youtube videos using this manufacturer. I used the safety clamps for piece of mind as this is my first install. Still have not mastered the locking clamps near the tail gate with the spring. Recommend first slot and it is tight clearing the rails. Second slot is too muchh of angle. Have f150 with 5 5 foot bed.

I have a 2017 Ford XT with a 6' 8" bed. I was a bit concerned with some of the negative feedback, but I found none of it to be true for my install. Keep in mind, this is not a security device, it is a soft top. If you want security pick a hard cover. It installed in less than 15 minutes. I have a liner. The liner extends about 1/16th of inch below the inside of the inner edge of the metal bedframe. I saw a comment about the rubber seal not lining up with the grooves in the plastic bed liner; that is true. The cover is a fixed width so you set it in a liner groove on one side and it may or may not fall in the liner groove on the other side, but I don't think that is relevant. The seal gasket is about an inch thick uncompressed and if you tighten the brackets you can compress it on whatever surface it lands on (groove, ridge or both). I also saw the comment about the seal 'curling up.' Each of the sections has a piece of gasket. They are separated, and must be to allow the flexibility to fold up. It is pretty simple to hold in in place as you unfold it and lay it flat; you just need to check it before you secure the clamp. I have driven in a heavy rain and everything stayed dry. I suspect the seal may wear but it comes with foam weather strip and of course you can buy more if needed. I would install it in a continuous strip just inside the rubber gasket on the cover sections. My only issue is the prefabricated slots you slide the clamps into to adjust the clamps to the width of your bed don't appear to be exactly square. Each clamp folds down, into the truck bed, then you slide the clamp under the bed rim and tighten. The clamps closest to the cab tighten with a large plastic nut. The other two clamps have a handle that you snap down to clamp the section tightly to the frame. I expected to have each clamp on the same side to be in the same slot (there are three for each clamp about 3/4 inch apart). I found I had to pick a different slot (e.g. cab end clamp is in slot two and gate end clamp is in slot three) to get good alignment and a good seal. I assume the bed is square so must be the cut slots in the cover cross members. All in all, exactly what I wanted. A good seal to keep out most of the elements. Hides what is in the bed and is a deterrent to people grabbing things out of the bed when I am on site. Better highway mileage (not sure how much yet).
