Literally worked out of the box once I put in the batteries (AAA), didn't have to go through any pairing or anything, it just worked. Good replacement remote and would recommend.

Original remote model BN59-01391a just up and died after less than two years of light use. Fairly disappointed that TV remotes don't even last two years now... TV (QN43LS03BAFXZA) does have a decorative frame around it. This remote would not pair until I removed the frame (which was blocking the TV's IR sensor). Then, it paired immediately and is now using Bluetooth. So, it APPEARS that it needs IR to pair and is then a Bluetooth remote. Very happy so far. Extremely responsive, no delay. Happy to have AAA batteries instead of solar. Only a tiny bit thicker than the original remote, now on its way to a landfill.

I bought 2. Had them a little over a month nor more than two months and they stopped working. Customer service or the merchant don’t want to replace the items. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THESE REMOTES.

Dog ate the original one. This is the exact replacement for it and training it to my TV was quick and easy. Just hold down the back button and the play/pause button at the same time while standing next to the TV.

I received an already used product instead of a new one. To make matters worse, a few keys are not working properly, making the product unusable. This is unacceptable, and I expected much better quality control. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from here unless you want to gamble with your money.
