I bought this as a backup to the Omron Platinum I own. This one typically stays in the car so I use the Platinum in the morning and evening and I use the Bronze when I'm out and about and I feel off. It's very simple. It holds 10 measurements and it syncs to the Omron app via Bluetooth and that is a real gamechanger. It uses the same D-ring cuff as the Platinum, takes 3 AA batteries or an optional power cable (the Platinum uses the same wall pack and for $90 Omron actually shops the Platinum with a wall pack!), and it does exactly what you need it to do, plus Bluetooth. Bluetooth setup was simple. Just follow the enclosed instructions. There is no back light and no guest mode. It just works. Now, the Platinum is fantastic and blows the Bronze out of the water, but about half of that is the app which both can use. The app keeps track of all my BP readings. I can add a manual reading if I get one from a nurse. It averages out my readings (which is the real measure of how you're doing) and the app easily exports your readings to a straightforward PDF or an Excel file. And you can share that with your doctor. If you have difficult to manage hypertension, you need the Omron system. There may be nicer monitors in this price range but I don't think any of them can compete with the Omron app. If you can't afford $90, hopefully you can afford $20 and get this one.

I picked this unit because of the app integration, and have been happy with it so far. It's lightweight, easy to use and read, fits my arms properly (no muscle here, just little spaghetti arms), and works well. The app itself has also been easy to use, and bluetooth pairing was fast and painless. I really like that the freebie version includes stuff like my average BP, a graph of my BP over time, a diary feature for jotting down any notes/symptoms/activities/etc.

I’ve been using this blood pressure monitor for a while now. It’s simple, but it works well. My wife was the first one to try it because she’s been keeping an eye on her health. At first, she had a little trouble with the cuff, but after a few tries, she got the hang of it. I like that the design is pretty straightforward. I don’t have to worry about complicated buttons or settings. You just press one button, and it starts reading right away. I’ve noticed the device tells you if your heartbeats irregular or if you move too much, which is useful. Sometimes I get a little nervous when I see the reading, so I check it a few times. The app syncs well, so I can track everything on my phone too. It’s reassuring to have the ability to look back at past measurements. The cuff fits me well, but I do wish it came in a bigger size just in case. The only issue is that it takes a few seconds to get the reading, but nothing too bad. It works, and that's what matters.

I was looking for a product that was easy to use didn't have any excess frills and whistles and all that extra stuff. This product is extremely simple to use. It's a product that doctors offices recommend. Accurate easy to use and is perfect for the basic use of keeping pulse and blood pressure. Runs on battery reasonably priced it's a good product I use it all the time. It doesn't collect the information and store it but I didn't need that. Easy to read pick up a pen or computer you can write your own stuff and keep track in there. I would buy this again it's a great product

Omron is the best. My wrist BP cuff is still working after 20 years and is mostly accurate for the BP cuff category. The blood pressure full cuff purchased is of excellent quality and very close in accuracy to a manual cuff. It should be noted that for true accuracy, nothing beats a manual cuff and a Littman stethoscope.

Sadly this replaced my Omron 10, which still worked but the bluetooth died. For me, besides accuracy, the second most important feature is the bluetooth data transfer to the Omron app. Please note, the Bronze edition does not come with an AC adapter, so I was able to use the one from my Omron 10. I also prefer the molded cuff from my 10, so the soft standard one from the Bronze will be backup. Another thing to note on the Bronze is no backlight, but I don’t really care because it transfers the data to the app on my phone anyways. I’ll still stick with this brand and if I have to buy a new one every couple of years that’s not a big deal considering it’s for important health reasons.

This specific brand and model was recommended by my PCP for the quality and accuracy. It has been very easy to use and runs on AA batteries. It’s not a very big unit so it doesn’t take up too much space which I like. I would definitely recommend.

This works just fine with batteries. There's an adapter hole for a plug in. I have used it for several weeks. Just push the button. If the cuff is not on right, it tells you. Just push the button, that's it.

It works great. My doctor asked me to bring it with me during the first examination, and he compared it with a stethoscope and said it showed the correct value. You can also download the measurements as an excel file. Also, the first package sent to me was lost at the door, Amazon sent a new one immediately. You can also track it on its own application. Thank you.

Machine received on time, it was well packaged. This machine is the basic model, super simple to use and set-up, my doctor recommended this one for home use and felt Omron was a good make. I can't vouch for longevity of the machine as I have only been using it for a week. I am taking it to my next appt in 3 weeks and will see how it compares to the ones they use, which are Omron make as well. If problems come up with this machine, I will be back to change or add to my review edit Apr 1 to add that when checked in doctors office they felt machine is reasonably accurate. I recommend this machine.

Its great. Two complaints. Its pricier that the other one I bought (for 20$ different brand). Second complain is you don’t have the choice to charge it. It would be nice if you could charge it but batteries are the only option.

It gives faster result compared to what I had before. Soft touch button and less sound. The cuff is sturdy. Would buy same model when needed.
