I purchased this same product from my dentist 3 years ago, for much more $$. Loved the way it cleaned my teeth. Unfortunately the life span of a non replaceable battery is short. I tried less expensive model, returned it. Went back to this model. Short life span worth good oral health

I had an Oral B electric toothbrush for years and it worked fine but I wanted to try a higher mode since the one I had was very basic. Glad I did because I noticed a superior brushing experience compared to my previous model. I also liked that I could use the same bristle size so I did not have to purchase new bristles/toothbrush. With the various options for cleaning, it does the job. I noticed after just one brushing I could see the small separation between two teeth after cleaning which I never could with my old brush. Looked just I had come from a dental cleaning. Especially like the polishing option.

Click to play video This is hands down the best electric toothbrush on the market! The Oral-B Genius X is the OG model, and it beats the newer versions by far—it has all the features you actually need and none of the unnecessary extras. After using it consistently and flossing three times a week, my teeth are whiter and healthier than ever! My dental hygienist (literally the best ever) helped me fall in love with taking care of my teeth—so much so that I even invited her to my wedding! She recommended this toothbrush as the best one out there, and she was absolutely right. And yes, you still have to floss for your gum health! The battery life is great, lasting about 10–14 days per charge. Plus, it comes with a one-year Oral-B warranty—if anything happens, just fill out a form on their website, ship it in, and they’ll fix or replace it. We had to do it once, and got a new tooth brush back - great service from a great brand. Highly recommend!

Toothbrush works great, battery just wish the battery lasted a little longer . Get about a week with it before it needs a recharge. comes with a charging base(needed to charge, only works with toothbrush so if traveling for longer and you need to charge it in another country bring the base and a adapter for the wall.

From the first use, I could tell this toothbrush was designed with attention to detail and performance in mind. What I Love: - Smart Technology: The toothbrush feels like more than just a tool – it actually helps improve my brushing habits. The app tracks how I brush and highlights areas I miss, making sure my teeth get a thorough clean every time. - Customizable Modes: Whether I need a gentle brush for sensitive gums or a deep clean, there’s a mode that fits perfectly. It’s easy to switch between them, and each feels tailored to specific needs. - Gum Protection: I appreciate the pressure sensor, which lights up to let me know if I’m brushing too hard. It’s a small feature that makes a big difference in protecting my gums over time. - Battery Life: One full charge lasts nearly two weeks, which is incredibly convenient. I don’t have to worry about constantly recharging it. - Fresh, Clean Feel: After using it, my teeth feel incredibly smooth and clean, almost like I just left the dentist. Things to Consider: - Price: It’s not the cheapest toothbrush out there, but the quality and features make it worth the cost. - App Use: While the app is helpful, some people may not feel the need to use it every day. Even without the app, the toothbrush alone is fantastic. Overall: The Oral-B Genius X Limited has exceeded my expectations. It’s made brushing more effective and even a little fun. If you’re looking to upgrade your dental care routine, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Easy to use, does the job. Was using a manual tooth brush before but hand arthritis was making it more difficult. This brush solved the problem

I lost the Sonicare I bought in 2020 due to a mishandled airline luggage incident in Feb 2023, and liked the toothbrush well enough to buy another. Unfortunately the newer model is not a good replacement. Comparing to the previous model, the new handle is an inch shorter, the diameter is slimmer, and it's much lighter. I'm assuming they switched to a smaller motor because this new toothbrush does not vibrate as hard. The battery is probably smaller too. This cost as much or maybe a few dollars more than I paid in 2020, so I guess shrinkflation strikes again. The charger does not have a standard wall outlet plug - instead it has a USB port "for waste/environmental reasons" but if you contact customer service they will send you a free charge brick. This is nonsensical - a brick is obviously going to be a lot more plastic waste than a wall plug. And most wall outlets don't come with a built-in USB port, so we're going to be needing those charge bricks. This model has (at least) three user-definable settings, and a tap switch for vibration intensity, all of which are pointless: If you tap the power button twice within two seconds it changes the vibration intensity from "barely going" to "still less power than the original Sonicare had". A third tap turns the toothbrush off completely. When turning the toothbrush back on, it "should" remain at the last-selected intensity. Two seconds is an excessive timeout for this already-useless option, and I can never be sure if the brush will be going full strength when I turn it back on. So I waste some time pressing the power button and trying to feel whether my toothbrush is vibrating hard enough. Does that sound silly? It is! Now for the user-defined settings, if the brush is set on the charge base and the power button is pressed after X number of seconds: There's an "EasyStart" mode which is the default, it gradually increases the vibration intensity over the course of 14 uses, "to help you get used to brushing with the Sonicare". If you have bought this toothbrush with the intention of sticking it in your mouth while it is vibrating, you're not going to be startled by the maximum intensity. Pointless. I think I have disabled it, but like I mentioned earlier, I never know what the vibration intensity is going to be when I turn this toothbrush on anyway. Brush head replacement reminder: only works if you use the special "BrushSync" brush heads compatible with this feature.. There should be no reason for anyone to turn this reminder off. Also, the sensors which estimate brush wear (number of uses, pressure used when brushing) are inside the handle and should be usable for any brush you stick on the handle, but are deliberately disabled unless you buy the more-expensive BrushSync heads. Pressure sensor: Again, no reason for anyone to turn this off. All it does is pulse the vibration if you're brushing too hard. Update: my luggage was found and returned (!!!!!), so I'll be returning this if I can, and maybe get a few more years out of my original Sonicare.

More and better options. Easy to use but could possibly use more options for set up (wall mount)

Replaced it once due to battery issue when under warrantee. Now, the battery level will suddenly dived from around 60% to 0%. Please fix this issue in your future products.

I only used the product for 6 months and it stopped working for unknown reason. I tried to contact to their customer serivce. But they told me that they can't help to fix it because it's shipped overseas. It makes no sense.
