Love this bag. Got it for my first international solo trip and it fit everything I needed.

I have purchased 2 of these bags. The 60L bag was smaller than expected and its volume could not accommodate the gear I take with me on extended international trips. I returned it and purchased the 100L model and find that it is perfect for my needs. Both bags are well made of extremely durable materials. The wheels are large enough to allow the bag to be easily pulled over uneven terrain and make moving quickly through airports very easy, even when the bag is fully loaded. The "wings" do an excellent job of protecting even delicate gear inside the bag. I recently took the 100L bag in a month-long trip from California to South America and it performed beautifully. It could accommodate all of the gear that I needed for this trip and returned in perfect condition. It is unique in appearance and stands out on the baggage claim carousel. The volume of the bag can easily be adjusted using the very heavy duty straps so although it expands up to ca. 100 liters, it can also be cinched down to around 60 liters. The numerous interior pockets can hold a variety of smaller items and large zippered compartments are especially well suited for temporarily holding clothes that get used along the way. All of the exterior zippers are heavy duty and performed flawlessly on my trip. I anticipate that I will use this bag often and for many years as it very well made and perfect for transporting the clothes plus optical gear that I take on my trips. Recommended.

Love this bag! I travelled to 19 countries in 2024 and it held up very well. I have really cut down on what I take, so this and a small backpack were all I needed. In one country, their TSA unzipped the back of my bag (where the shoulder straps are kept) and I did not catch on for awhile, so they dragged a bit. So I recommend that people put a lock on that back zipper.

First off, the bag arrived in what appeared to be an Osprey bag and in very good condition, but one of the bottom backpack clips was missing. After a call to Amazon about the missing clip, the only seemingly viable option with Amazon was to return the entire bag and “try again”… so we called Osprey, (which was hesitant since Amazon isn’t an “authorized vendor” and suspected third party sellers selling on Amazon, but after letting them know I purchased from Amazon direct and sending them photos showing that it hadn’t been tampered with, they rushed me off the clips with no more questions. Basically Osprey level service you’d expect. Once I installed the clip the bag was good as literally new. On its maiden trip I let my wife use it versus the other bag(s) we have. She loved it, and believes it will be perfect for European travel and any multi purpose travel needs while holding ample clothes and supplies. I’d say as of now, highly recommend. Small Update… it has now been on a couple trips packing plentitude of “her” clothing items. Basically likes it so much probably with get another soon for multipurpose travel.

I got this as a second bag to this same model from years ago and it's a solid bag and the small improvements Ospry has made in the past 6-7years are all value added! Same great construction, zippers are solid and I like how they do the zipper security. Straps are great for compression and hold even though travel, handle/wheels are great for pulling moderate distances even over rough ground. Since I've had this it's been domestic and international and I've put about a mile on the wheels and I have nothing bad to say about this bag.

EDIT 12/30/2024: I just sent it back to Osprey for a repair of the handle because the screw broke inside the handle. I lowered it to 3 stars because of the same. I barely had the bag for over 6 months and I already had to do a warranty claim. ORIGINAL: I love this suitcase. I have had it for 3 months and have had only minor issues (see below). I travel for a living and live in hotels 8 days at a time, so I needed a bag that is big enough to carry my work uniforms and personal clothes for my entire time away from home. This bag is spacious and has room for all my essentials, plus some. Even with all of this room, I have not had any major issues with using this suitcase as a carry on in the US. It fits in MOST overhead compartments (see below for more info). The materials are very durable and have not noticed any rips, tears or permanent blemishes. The handle is not positioned straight up and down. It's actually a bit at an angle, in which I love because it helps with putting a personal item on top through the luggage passthrough without tipping it over (something other two wheel suitcases have failed at). CONS: The handle is very flimsy, but solid. I have not had any major issues with it. Some of the screws on top part of the handle become loose with time, and need a bit of tightening every once in a while, but it's nothing major. My other major con is airline (and aircraft) dependent. Some of the older aircraft have very small overhead compartments, so I have had to put this suitcase sideways to make it fit. I have not had to check this suitcase in yet (knock on wood). Overall, I would not mind recommending this suitcase to anyone.

Bought this to travel overseas. Worked perfect as a carry on for our 18 day trip.

Great bag, real quality and works well when not totally full, unlike most hard cased bags. We bought the 60l after having this as we were so impressed.

This is a fantastic bag and way better than I expected even after reviewing wheeled backpacks for months! Probably because this is a new model, nowhere did I read that there are 5 zipped pockets inside the main compartment. There are also 2 mini pockets sealed with velcro inside the 2 long side pockets (1 each side) - a perfect place to secure an AirTag or some cards or similar. The backpack straps were very easy to adjust for torso length (I'm short waisted and have narrow shoulders although tallish for female -170cm) to make it extremely comfortable to wear. There's plenty of mention about the Farpoint and Fairview harness being adjustable but I didn't see much on the Sojourn. I'm also glad I went for the 45L rather than the 36L of the others. It is very light and easy to pull on the wheels, stands up nicely all the time, and easy to grab with the various handle positions. I used it for the first time this past weekend and it made my day when the check-in staff at the airport commented on the colour of the bag (Koseret Green) and how great it looked. So pleased that I reviewed so many and settled on this one. So worth the extra dollars too. Looking forward to taking it to Europe later this year.
