I got rid of most of my old pots and pans because they were no good, and I was looking for something that could replace most of what I used to use. This is really the perfect replacement. I can boil pasta (something I thought it wouldn't be deep enough for) and make a large stir fry. It's the perfect size and the quality is top notch. Beautiful, shiny finish that is basically a mirror you can see yourself in (super clean!). The nonstick technology on this pan is great, works like a charm, nothing gets stuck. I'm happy to minimize chemicals as much as possible as well. It came with a cleaning brush which is simply perfect, it's the only thing I use to clean the inside. Sponge to clean the outside. I could do without the spoon holder, but I suppose some people prefer to lay their spoons on the pan. The spoon itself is very nice as well. I like that the lid is designed to have a little space to let heat out near the handle (assuming you don't put the spoon there lol) and there's an arrow indicating the right way to line up the lid with the handle. Heat distribution is even and food cooks well. A great investment that I would recommend if you are looking for a lifetime piece of equipment. You won't need to buy many more pots or pans unless you really want to.

This beautiful pan is sturdy, well made, rather heavy for long use, and performs well as advertised. The polished finish does show up fingerprints and smudges but polishes and cleans easily. Non stick works well, especially when adequately preheated. Takes stovetop and oven heat well and does frying, stir fry, sauté, eggs of all styles, simmering and braising and is yet nice enough to serve from if desired. I've also used it on gas, induction and electric and it works well on all (didn't dare use it on the coals of the campfire - I'll still do that with my cast iron!). Took it camping and it took the place of everything except a large pot or Dutch oven on the gas hobs. Even used in a chafing dish setup where it fit perfectly. I don't care for the slot hole or gap in the lid rim where the wooden spatula fits thru along the handle side as the pan and the lid don't quite seal as well when that's needed for steaming or simmering, even when turning the gap in the lid away from the handle of the pan. Cleans up easily, especially when washed soon after cooking. It does seem a bit pricy for a single pan. Time will tell if the value is there, if it holds up. I'll update after using it for a while. I'd certainly go for an omelet size pan that's lighter and easier to flip and sauté as I do a fair amount of omelets, pancakes and crepes and move my pan a lot to flip and stir while cooking, especially sautéing and sweating at the beginning of a recipe.

Absolutely love this pan! It's incredibly versatile and has quickly become my go-to for cooking all kinds of meals. The non-stick surface is fantastic, but it allows for easy flipping and cooking without any food sticking. Cleanup is a breeze, which is always a huge plus for me. The handle is sturdy and stays cool even while cooking, and the pan heats up evenly, which helps to avoid hot spots. I’ve used it for everything from eggs to stir-fries, and it performs wonderfully every time. The Our Place Titanium Always Pan is a very nice pan to cook with. Can do many cooking jobs, is durable and easy to clean... but 1) Can burn fingers lifting the lid. The round metal lid handle transfers too much heat and could be better insulated for less heat transfer. 2) the shape of the pot could be more rounded at the outside edges for easier flipping of foods. This is a non-stick cooking pan not a casserole dish. 3) The edge of the wood spatula could be thinner to make it easier to get under food. Overall a great pan because it is a strong non-stick finish, so it is much easier to use than stainless or cast iron, yet more durable than any other non-stick finish. and hopefully safer. Four stars and a recommended buy, especially when a $50 discount code is available.

Amazing pan! I was on the hunt for non-toxic, non stick, durable cookware and found it! Heats and cooks evenly with good temperature control. I also like Caraway but the ceramic surface is a bit more finicky.

I LOVE this pan! It is insane how non-stick it has been without using any traditional non-stick coatings. Hopefully we don't discover it contains some kind of toxic chemical. My only complaint, and it's not really a complaint just an observation, is that it takes a bit of extra heat input to reach the same temperature as my copper clad pans (Cuisinart) The spatula is top notch and overall this pan looks beautiful. I just leave it on my stove-top to show it off. I only wish Our Place offered more pans with this same construction. As far as I can tell, this is the only titanium pan they offer.

Everything comes out perfect with this wonderful pan! I use it almost every day even though I cook only for myself! Easy to clean and so pretty, I leave it on the stovetop in between cooking!

Great pan. Domed top is both good and bad. It takes up a lot of space due to its dome shape. I’m not a fan of the notch opening at the handle. Steam comes out of there and food gets out a bit there. But non stick and easy cleaning of the pan is outstanding. I’ve only used on induction top, not gas. But it has great searing action.

Seems expensive but this is the pan to have, life time guarantee, who knew you was supposed to change pans every seven years, well we certainly didn't allowing all sorts to leech into food, with birth of my kid didn't want to take a chance so here we are , it's good can cook eggs fine if lightly oiled and heated properly before application to steam release, it doesn't scratch and I love that it can go in the oven, worth it !! ,

Treated myself with this titanium pan for Christmas and so far I have not been disappointed. I cooked a couple of steaks, one of them flambé in cognac and both time they turned out cooked to perfection. I also sautéed some potatoes and they were excellent. The nonstick worked perfectly. It is a bit on the heavy side, but the size is perfect. Altogether it’s a great pan, I hope it keeps its quality as time goes by because it is not cheap, but if as promised it’s good for a lifetime, then it’ll definitely be worth it!

This is wonderful. Nothing burns, nothing sticks, cleans so easily. It can go in the oven and the dishwasher (but just a rinse under the tap is usually enough) And no forever chemicals. Best kitchen utensil I have ever bought.

The pan isn’t non-stick in the sense that a brand new Teflon coated pan is non-stick. It behaves like a stainless steel pan, get it hot, use oil and you can cook eggs and steaks no problem. However, for the price this is my everything pan and some things do stick to it and are a pain to clean by hand. However, stick it in the dishwasher or let it cool then heat some water up and it’s like new. It’s certainly not zero care. I’ve cooked all sorts in it and it performs brilliantly. Eggs, sausages, chicken, chilli, stir fry, shallow frying, Mexican, literally anything. Having the lid really helps with its versatility. Things to note - it needs looking after, it’s very heavy even when empty, the handle can get hot and the lid handle gets hot quickly. Not ideal for elderly people with low dexterity. Finish is spot on. I bought it expecting 10+ years of service and after a month of daily use it looks like new. If it lasts that long it will be cheaper than buying and replacing decent traditional non-stick pans as their coating wears off. Highly recommend if you’re willing to look after it.
