Baked lasagnas without oiling it. It so easy to wash it, the food cooks through thoroughly and doesn't stick to the pan, the edges and the corners of the lasagnas did burn or stick to the pan. I'm so surprised with the quality of the product that I want to explore other items from this seller. Thought I just needed one of these, but it is so handy to have two. They fit perfectly in my toaster/convection oven and clean up very easily. If one is in the dishwasher it is nice to have the spare. These replaced the original dish that came with the oven and are bigger and deeper which is a game changer. Have been using the oven more.

These pans are beautiful and high quality. I decided to buy these pans because the price was great for a set of 2 pans, and the reviews were all good. I had no idea that I would love them so much. I was blown away by the quality the moment I opened the box. What's most important to understand about these pans, though, is that they're light in color. Light colored pans like these heat more evenly than dark pans, so if you're baking something like brownies or cakes, which can often be very sensitive, these pans will be perfect, because they will heat evenly, and your dish will come out perfect. I'm very pleased, and I've already recommended these to a few of my neighbors.

This pan is not only beautiful but also has a high ferrous content likely it is actually 308 stainless steel. However, after reading one review that got it to 450°F I was disappointed to find that it warped at 425°F in my toaster oven. It would have been nice if the manufacturer provided guidance on the maximum safe temperature for this pan.

I use these in my countertop oven for all kinds of dishes and they work great. Good quality, thicker than many others for more even cooking.

I'm not sure if these aren't solid stainless steel, it seems as if there's a thin surface coating of stainless steel that just starts to come off very quickly with minor use. I really like these otherwise, but I don't think they'll have very good longevity.
