I used the smallest to make a 6 egg omlet and the eggs stuck around the bottom edge and as hard to clean I think the mid size would be better since the depth of the eggs would be less and the eggs would cook quicker in the center. The biggest pan is a bit large for my toaster oven but it will fit but touches the door

One of the pans were so thin, they had a hole. I would not consider these the stainless that we are used to from the United States. Not durable. Only used one of the 3 once, before sending them back. They 'mark' easily too.
