I really like this pan, and the smaller pan as well, it has some really good features. The all stainless construction means it won't rust, it's very easy to maintain. Cleaning may mean a bit more scrubbing, as it's not non-stick, but the fact that it isn't non-stick is a positive for me. I've had non-stick, including anodized, and without exception, the coating ALWAYS comes off over time, or, as with ceramic coatings, the non-stick properties start to disappear after a few months and everything begins to stick. Then you start to get bits of that non-stick flaking off and bits of it ending up in your food, not good. Some of those darker non-stick pans (be they aluminum, like scanpan, or steel ones), transfer heat a bit too well for my liking. The bits of food in contact with the pan can burn, or darken too much. This didn't happen with this pan, because it's light in color. I also like the depth, there is much less risk of oil or fat bubbling over and ending up on your oven floor, requiring a clean up afterwards, plus the extra depth means a few extra layers of lasagne, yum! The lip all around makes it easy to grip, without adding too much to the width of the pan, meaning it easily fits nearly all ovens, unless you have a really tiny convection oven say. This pan should be practically indestructible and should give great service for years, even generations. Five out of five stars from me.

P&P CHEF Lasagna Deep Baking Pan - 10.7” x 8.3” x 3.2, what a perfect pan for those with either a small oven.. say in a motorhome or toaster oven. Nice finish for non stick use, but I’d use parchment anyway for baking. Your lasagna may be small but this is so deep your servings will be larger than you think. I got one for a gift, and got one later for a friend as a gift. Great pan. Get one.. you’ll be glad you did

We love this pan! Its size is great for making lasagna for two or three, with leftovers to freeze for another meal. It's sturdy, unlike the foil pans, and cleans easily. It would work for a larger family, too, if you aren't a fan of leftovers. Makes six large servings.

I thought that 27.00 bucks was a bit steep, but I needed a pan that was able to fit in my Oster toaster/convection oven.(bed dimensions of 15 X 15) After it arrived, I was actually thrilled to see and use it. Nice and heavy, seamless, and deep. Everything I wanted. I'm not using the pan for just lasagna. The first thing I cooked in it was double-duty. Stovetop first and oven next. After cooking I pour boiling hot soapy water in it and soak for 20 mins. Everything comes off easily, using only the sponge part of a scrubber. Dry immediately with a tea towel. This way you don't stain the nice stainless steel. A great roasting pan that I would buy again, was worth every penny. By the way, here's the first recipe I cooked in it, came out delicious. I wrote this one down from the America's Test Kitchen program, altering the spices to dry instead of a bouquet garni. Feel free to make one if you wish, using fresh sprigs of thyme and rosemary, diced garlic. Top Loin Roast with Golden Potatoes *Top loin roast, 5 to 7 lbs. 4 or 5 large Yukon gold potatoes salt & pepper 2 to 3 cups Beef broth 1 pkg dry plain gelatin Cooking oil Rosemary Thyme garlic Cut knobby side off of the loin. Cut remaining loin it into a rectangular shape, cube leftover cuts. Deeply crosshatch the fat-cap. Rub the salt and pepper deep into the cuts, and all sides. Wrap in plastic wrap, place in fridge 24 hrs. Remove from fridge and oil bottom of metal roasting pan. Over high heat, sear first the fat-cap and then remaining sides. Remove to plate. Peel potatoes, then cut in half. They should resemble sea scallops. Place the leftover cuts into a pot. Place potatoes into the fond of the roasting pot and sear the bottoms, 10-15 mins. Allow to cool. Turn potatoes over so the unseared side is now on bottom of roasting pan. Place heavy-duty aluminum foil over pan. Poke 5 holes in center in a line. Place roast on top of the foil. Cook at 350 for 1 1/4 hrs. Meanwhile, sear off the cuts in the pot and add beef broth to the pot. Scrape pan bottom to loosen the fond. Add gelatin, rosemary, thyme and garlic. Heat until it boils, then simmer for 20 mins, uncovered. Pour through sieve and then into fat separating cup. Allow fat to settle to surface & strain off. Set aside the juice. After 1 1/4 hrs is up, remove the roast. Heat oven to 475. Transfer roast to plate. Remove foil and place the strained juice into roast pan. Return the potatoes and roast pan to oven and cook additional 20 mins. Remove and serve. *Top loin is also called short loin or strip roast.

Pan arrived quickly and nicely packaged. Looks beautiful and is a really good feeling (heavy) weight. I have not been able to use it yet but look very forward to doing so. Sides are beautifully high for my next lasagna or roast chicken. May try it out on next chicken since that's far less time consuming to get in the oven than lasagna. Considering it's a good grade of SS, clean up should be a breeze just like my large roasting pan. So glad I finally ordered this pan!!

Since purchasing this pan, I seem to have forgotten about all the other pans I own. I've made everything from lasagne to cheesecake in it.
