I purchased these 212XL ink cartridges for my Epson printer and they have worked perfectly. Installation was easy and the print quality is excellent with vibrant, crisp colors.

They fit snugly. My Epson printer recognizes them. Ink color is good. Much less expensive than the Epson product.

The ink is very clear and top quality.

I made the mistake of updating the firmware on my Epson WF-7840, and it was a HUGE mistake. All of my stock of previously purchased ink cartridges - no matter how many YouTube videos and Reddit articles I read and suggestions I tried - were all rendered useless. VERY FRUSTRATING! I found these that had great reviews, and offered free returns, so I took a chance. While they were more expensive than what I purchased before, they were nowhere near as expensive as official Epson cartridges...and surprise, surprise, THEY WORKED! No "This ink cartridge is unreadable..." message, they just initialized and worked. Epson wants control and hates it when smart people devise workarounds so customers are not using their official Epson ink cartridges. By updating the firmware, Epson regains control, you LOSE the autonomy of using your own compatible cartridges.

The cartridges are a little more difficult to snap in, but the cost is great and I can’t see any difference in the printing.
